Did you dump your keys correctly? - Id just delete and restart. But just remember to use checkpoint and export. If you have any saves on sysnand. Use checkpoint>export. Create a new emunand. Then use checkpoint on emunand >import. Done.
You just load biskeydump payload, and press the vol key, scan the qr code and save the text, right?

Hello,
I made the same kind of mistake (i'm using SxOS 3.0.5)
I was on CFW 9.1 (exFAT) and I've upgraded the firmware on 10.2 (FAT) using ChoidujourNX.
==> result : no longer able to boot on cfw from ExFAT SD Card.

I get a new SD card on FAT and i've copied on it last boot.dat from (SxOS 3.0.5), SxOS Directory , licence & 10.2 firmware.
==> with this 2nd SD Card from ChoidujourNX i've upgraded the firmaware from 10.2 (FAT) to 10.2 (exFAT).

But now when i'm putting back 1st SD card (exFAT), from SxOS menu when i choose to boot on Emuland : I observe Nintendo Logo then black screen.

Is someone can help me ?

1. Use fat32.
2. You can't flash firmware with same version
(i.e 10.2.0 -> 10.2.0 exfat)
So you should downgrade and upgrade to 10.2.0 exfat firmware.
3. Use Daybreak instead of Choidujournx if you can.

Hello,

Thank you for you quick answer but it didn't work,
From Fat32 sd card i've downgraded emunand to 10.1 (FAT) and re-upgraded to 10,2 (ExFAT),
But when putting back ExFAT sd card : i'm still getting black screen after choosing to boot on emuland from SxOS boot menu.

You need to install exFAT driver in your emuNAND (in your original sd card :P)

I don't remember having install exFAT driver on my exFAT sd card but it was working properly on CFW 9.1 (exFAT).
Why should I made it now ?
How to do that ?

exFAT driver is in your NAND (iirc pkg2 partitions)
You flashed non-exFAT firmware to your emuNAND, so the driver is missing.

You may have to format your non-emuNAND partition to fat32.

Man, you don't need to complicate the things, as stated at first FORMAT YOUR SD FAT32 you will be less prone to corruption.

If you don't want to loose anything is simple: MADE A BACKUP

For the Emunand on a Raw partition use the great tool EmuTool and for the exFat partition, just copy the files to a safe location.

Use fat32format (the gui version is better for noobies) http://ridgecrop.co.uk/ and then restore your files. if you don't touch anything besides the formatting of the first partition your emunand should get untouched and works normall, but if you messed it (normally by not reading) you can restore using EmuTool.

Easy, on my 240 GB SD Card a full backup and restore (almost full) took me 30 minutes.
