Did you update to the new patches i just posted a few hours ago? If so, are the failing games official clean nsps or homebrew/convertsIm using fusee primary
Yep I did...I solved it by clean installing switch and SD card and all works now They are all clean NSP's...Thank you

Btw can a mod remove the 0.13.0 from the thread title? I want to keep this updated if possible and when 0.14.0 is out I dont want it to look old after its updated
I believe if you report the first post, mods will change it faster since you are the one who created the topic. Probably changing it to "Atmosphere Patches (fusee-primary)" or something would be best, since you don't have to worry about changing the topic title every time a new AMS is released.
After updating to 10.0.4 via Choidujour i had gamecrashes.
I updated cleanly to the newest ams and deleted all other old files i had on the sd (atmosphere folder and sept folder).
Now, when in hekate, i can choose from 4 options instead of 3.
Normally i was able to choose between
CFW sysMMC which now bluescreens (since update to 10.0.4)
CFW emuMMC which boots fine but the sigpatches wont work(10.0.4 | 0.13.0)
stock sysnand which is still fine and untampered. (9.2)
Fusee which is now added, which boots emunand AMS with sigpatches. (10.0.4 | 0.13.0)
I'm happy it works but i dont fully understand where Fusee came from and why it's suddenly an option in the boot page of hekate now.

If I boot fusee-primary.bin in Hekate will these sigpatches work? Or do I have to boot fusee-primary.bin straight from RCM?
If you boot fusee-primary in Hekate or directly with a payload injector, is the same. In both ways you will need fusee sigpatches.
Just if you boot by Hekate's launch button that you will need Hekate's sigpatches.

So ive been out of the scene for a few months because my mum stole my switch to play animal crossing during lockdown so theres a few things I need cleared up.
I've been used hetake + atmosphere to boot my emumcc. Without doing any research I updated my atmosphere and firmware to latest versions and my switch wouldnt boot. So I found this thread and downloaded the latest fusee primary to boot using that in hetake. I have the patches from the OP in this thread also on my switch SD card but I now can't get animal crossing to start. My other games do start except this one (the only one I need working for the time being.)
Is there anything I can do?

Try this:
Go to rcm, hold volume up and down and push fusee primary. Itll boot you to maintenance mode.
After that shut down and boot cfw as normal, and try running the game again. If that doesnt work try reinstalling the game or if you have any cheats/mods disable them.
So we have to create a download folder in the root of the Sd Card and install the sigpatches in that folder or just install the sigpatches to the root of the folder because you said to merge the atmosphere folder inside the download with the folder on your root...

Are you using fusee-primary.bin payload to boot Atmosphere? And after installing sigpatches, reboot your system.
Yes using fusee-primary to boot atmosphere and some games install but when launch it says it failed to load due to an error and then some when I try to install get that error message.

1) Reboot your system
2) If it sill doesn't work, check your files again. You should just extract the zip archive from OP inside the root of your SD card. It will automatically merge with Atmosphere folder. If you have any concerns if you setup it right, post a screenshot of your SD card structure. (but not before trying step #1).
