Homebrew When injecting homebrew into current.app, where in the SD card or filesystem can this change be seen

I injected HBL into my project x zone game card and now the game always boots to HBL. Other game cards don't.
I know that I can just revert the change but I was curious about what's happening behind the scenes, and if I could take a glance at the change from within.

After changing the game card app (Project X Zone) to HBL using Rosalina menu, I want to go into GodMode9 and revert that change (rather than use Rosalina Menu to undo it).

My problem is, I cannot find where the change occurred. I looked inside SYSNAND CTR and SDCARD but was not able to find anything in there corresponding to the game card app.

Why the hell would you wanna give yourself the headache of that? Thats what luma menu is for. Use it properly or not at all.

because I'm bored out of my mind. I tried looking at the source code but I didn't get very far.
