works fine, thank you! But when using sxos the custom logo files go into "sxos -> exefs_patches -> mario_logo" and not into "sx -> exefs_patches...".

Chronos. Do you know much about python? My knowledge is VERY limited. I am wondering how to automate this more. For noobs. Drag and drop a zip and run the bat/exe.. I know there is a way to turn scripts in to executable but with the ips/pillow dependencies I am not sure how that works. Any ideas? I want the community to make their own.I would love tons of boot logos.

I put together/linked a zip earlier that includes a batch script that you just drag and drop your image onto, It includes a portable Python folder and the dependencies.
....
Also here's friedkeenan's switch-logo-patcher + ips.py with a batch script you can drag your PNG/BMP onto to patch your own images.
Make sure your image is in the same directory as the batch before dragging onto it.
