Hi this is my first ever thread. I am asking if there is and maybe will be a possible way to use backed up nsp's on a banned switch maybe use sigpatches without cfw by installing them directly to the iternal nand or any partiion inside the switch so just in case a hard freeze happens on the go and your switch is banned and there is no way to access the eshop we could use nsp's downloaded to the nand with or without the sd card and can somebody explain why the switch wont open nsp's thats been backed up from the eshop or any nsp's in that matter not opening up when in ofw/stock and will there ever be a way to use cfw without having to inject payloads and using rcm and mainly just modify the original ofw like use mods and backed up nsp's in nand.

No, to everything. You need to go research up a bit on what exactly CFW is, because most of what you are asking for already exists, as CFW. As a very basic entry level explanation, you can't modify OFW and it not become CFW.
