My nephew's birthday is coming. I would like to purchase a game console for him. I known there are lots of game console available on the Internet, and I have used Nintendo Switch with my boyfriend. But I am not going to purchasing a Switch to him. Always puzzling when choosing a gift. Which one is best? XBOX one? PS4 or PS5? Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'll also say 3ds. Gave my old one to my nephew and I'm pretty sure he loves it. Plus, there are way fewer "gore" or "adult" games on the 3ds.
If you can, load it up with games he/she might like.

As @Shadow#1 says, a 3DS, or a Wii/Wii U to play Wii games. Those are always fun when you're younger and they're ass cheap now (at least the Wii).
You must buy him new consoles like Nintendo switch and next gen consoles so that he can socialize at school.

If he's a small kid then a new 3ds (not xl) if he's older then an xl version
my nephew was / is really spoiled. he grew up with ds / wii / 3ds / wiiu but around when he turned 10, he was only interesed in ps4 and playing online with his friends. so a nintendo device is still great for kids but his interest might shift pretty quick he might feel left out when everyone else plays on ps4 / xbox.
