Hardware New Nintendo 3DS XL top screen stays black

The upper screen stays blank. Idk why. I recently replaced the bottom screen because of this scrolling issue.
I tried another motherboard but the fault persists.

Can you still see the backlight in the top screen and does the rest of the system work? Check if the top screen ribbon cables are connected correctly and don't have any damage

I guess the top screen cable is still damaged or the screen is damaged internally, I don't know if there's anything else you can do except replacing the top screen
