The build by @catlover007 is the one you need to use: https://gbatemp.net/threads/melonds-for-switch.518300/page-62#post-9077251 The current DS cores on RetroArch don't run well.
"Don't run well" is the soft way to say they are absolute garbage. Hope they keep updating the melon one at least, it currently looks like the most promising emulator for DS.The build by @catlover007 is the one you need to use: https://gbatemp.net/threads/melonds-for-switch.518300/page-62#post-9077251 The current DS cores on RetroArch don't run well.
When docked hold Y it will lite up select box and press R to select when you select rom box let Y go and use d directiom hit A to select roms when game starts you can press Lz to make boxes disappearWow I'm amazed by how well this works. I always thought there wasn't a good DS emulator for Horizon yet but this one runs really well.
The only thing missing for me is a way to use the touchscreen when the Switch is docked.
Wrong, the libretro core is on pair to standalone, it has branch and literal optimizations too.The build by @catlover007 is the one you need to use: https://gbatemp.net/threads/melonds-for-switch.518300/page-62#post-9077251 The current DS cores on RetroArch don't run well.

There's no touchscreen support though, right?
Yes, but it doesn't work properly with rotation, use standalone instead if u are a flipgrip user. Not when you're stupid and forget to add the bios files. Sorry about that.

So it should work normally? I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong then. I'm using the latest nightly build and didn't change any settings.Yes, but it doesn't work properly with rotation, use standalone instead if u are a flipgrip user.
Thank you so much. It worked like a charm.you need to start the game while pressing R (or what ever button is specificed in the config file)
I have tested it working fineHas anyone tried emulating the Megaman Starforce games? How well does it run on this emulator?
Set threaded software renderer ON and branch/literal optimizations ON in core options. So it should work normally? I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong then. I'm using the latest nightly build and didn't change any settings.
Nice. I love the MMBN series on my GBA but havent played the Star force yet. ThanksI have tested it working fine
Does it work in fw10.0.4 AMS 0.13.0I removed them all in a affect, though that turned out to be pretty stupid. I'm going to make a last release for the time being with all the changes which have accumulated as soon as I get a few things sorted out. Meanwhile, here's the latest release.
