- A collection of all the Metal Gear Solid games released in HD, as they did for PS3 and X-Box 360. It would be awesome, even if they split it in several games.
- Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot
- Another game related to The Matrix Trilogy (in HD).

"Im working on Mario kart 9 for 2021"
After watching some videos of Wave Race 64 the nostalgia made me hope for a new game in the series being brought to the Switch, but that's very unlikely. I have to say I am excited about Pokémon remakes and perhaps more The Legend of Zelda ones. Considering the fact it took Nintendo way too long to revive Kid Icarus and that generally there's only ever one remake of both Pokémon (gen-wise) and Zelda per console, with the exceptions to the latter being the 3DS and Wii U, these hopes will most likely never cease to be just that: hopes.
Recently I've been wanting to play NieR: Automata, but I don't have a computer capable of playing that, nor do I think it would have acceptable performance on the Switch: apparently there are many complaints about framerate drops on PS4. Some action RPGs to the likes of Kingdom Hearts would be nice, especially if it has a similar color variation to that: I enjoy games featuring not a realistic art style nor an overly cartoon one, but somewhere inbetween. Super Mario Odyssey, Kingdom Hearts, The Legend of Zelda as a whole, they all have this aesthetic that pleases me.
So I guess if I had to make it into a list, I'd say:
Kingdom Hearts ports (1.5 and 2.5);
The Legend of Zelda (anything, really, just give me more);
I would like to see some gamecube games come to the switch in the form of virtual console. Since I don't have a gamecube I'm dying to play these games.
I wanna see games like:
Paper mario: Thousand year door
Super Mario sunshine
Luigi's mansion (the original one)
Also it would be good if we could have a port of the luigi's mansion Dark Moon.
This is going based of logic the switch is capable of porting these games over due to current hardware capabilities
Resident Evil 7, 2, 3 (dumb down the graphics simalar to RE5 and 6)
GTA IV / V (Give us the PS5 expansion port)
Destiny 1 + 2 (This is already on the PS4/Xbox One)
EA Acess (This is already on PS4/Xbox One)
DBZ Kakarot (This is already on PS4/Xbox One)
Red Dead Redemption Legacy Bundle (1+2)
DBZ Budukai HD Collection
WWE 2K19/2K20
An adapter that can read your legacy GBC/GBA/DS/3DS/Gamecube/Wii/N64 games
Switch has so much capabilities but the people running the show doesnt know how to properly market the switch.
I'd love to see a proper Mario Sunshine remaster for switch. Really hope that rumor about 3d mario game remasters is real. New Vegas would also be wonderful, especially if we could port mods like we do for other games.
@Tonitrus2789 Pretty sure all of those games run decent on Dolphin. If you can't wait any longer, I'd try playing them on a pc, or maybe one of the options for Dolphin on Switch, though Sunshine only runs ~70% speed for me (Ubuntu, Android, Lakka). Or on your phone if you have Android (use an external controller!) If playing Sunshine w/ Dolphin, I map the Left Bumper to "R-analogue" which allows you to run and spray water at the same time.
I'd also love Half-Life 2 and System Shock 2. Oh and Portal 2 and Postal 2.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords
I know some of us may not see the the motivation for those two games but I must say, aside they are great games, they were meant to be played on console (OG XBox at the time). We already had 2 Jedi Knights, but the gameplay is a bit outdated and not as joyful as on PC. Most of us had the occasion to experiences the kotor (Knights of the Old Republic) games on PC but it's with a controller they trully shine. So it would be great to be able to play them on the go!
Also the story of these games are very deep for both games (but especially kotor2) and there is a ton of contents.
Aspyr has already ported those on Mac/Linux and even smart phones so I guess it wouldn't be too money-consuming to make a release on the Switch.
To sum up:
- Classic western RPGs
- Calibrated for console players (especially with a controler)
- Fully voice acted dialogs (I wish more RPGs were shipped like that!)
- Each games are 60hours+, and high replayability: Light/Dark side choices and different jedi classes drastically affect the story
- And they are (excellent) Star Wars games !
