hey NVM I was able to resolve this ....and again thanks for your wonderful contribution ... sad to see you leaving the scene

Solution:

i deleted everthing but emuMMc folder and nintendo folder also before downloading make sure to take backup of certain stuff thats you modified based on ur use ex contents and config_templates folder in atmosphere ,as i made some change for my needs etc..

and then downloaded my files using this settings from sdsetup offcourse mandatory stuff are atmosphere ,sigpatches and kosmostoolbox other are to be installed as per ur requirements , but below is my config .

and then copied back my backed up folders and files that were changed by me then once in , i used the tool to backup and this time it worked without anyissues(also i upgraded the game to the latest ver via local method before doing this but this shuld not matter from my past experience). now i am to play the game without cart

I am having this issue now with the new game update. I have just re-formatted my sd card andnow about to install gamecard installer back onto my switch

so u need to install latest signature patches it abt them nothing else need to change just make sure u install the right sigpatches for the right bootloader

I have tried all that. Nothing is working. I'm at a loss as to why it's only started happening now. Someone else tried theirs and they get the same issue also with an old game that hasn't had any updates at all and their dump of game wont open as says error try again from home screen and when you try again it says corrupted data. I am on the latest version 10.0.04 AMS and 0.13.0 E

Used this to install my copy of BOTW and now it thinks the game cartridge is permanently inserted? I cant delete it from normal settings because it keeps asking me to remove the ghost cartridge. Do I need to delete a .nca in a title manager to remove this? Trying not to completely restart my emuMMC.

Where you using the latest version? This was a problem with an older version of the installer.

did you have anything preinstalled for botw? Did you install anything after installing botw with my installer?

if you want to delete the game, you can use goldleaf.
