That tip is a little thick for the job, but if you're careful, you can do it just pushing the melted tin to the contacts of the capacitors. Don't touch the capacitors more than 2 seconds!

latest version of tinfoil R56 might support it, it’s untested but I did some things. I have been unable to get a mariko switch due to shortage.

Ordered from peggy.xie1 via Skype the SX Lite. It got to me in 3 fucking days, it was incredibly fast. It's already on my Lite, and rocking. Gotta say... That was my first install EVER. It was pretty difficult, but I was prepared with the right tools, a lot of patience and A LOT of free time. I'm excited to get into the scene!

P.S: Everything is incredibly small! No matter how you prepare yourself, when you see it... God damn. It's so tiny. Be careful! Cheers!

Yes, DHL Express. But it was something like 22$ to get to me...

Hey, stupid question. Once booted into cfw, when I restart, how do I get to the bootloader SX menu, where I select "Options", "Boot cfw" etc... ? Thanks!

Power off your switch and power on by pressing volume + button until you see sx os logo on screen

Power off the Switch completely and next time you power it on it the SX menu should come up automatically

Doesn't happen. It gets me directly into CFW. I don't know if I'm running emunand now, because it couldn't be enabled before activating the license of SXOS... Any thoughts?

As soon as you put the license.dat on the switch it auto boots emunand

Does anyone know if Aliexpress accepts visa/MasterCard e gift cards as payment I was trying to use my bank card to purchase from Peggy.xie and aliexpress won’t accept it. Sheesh I didn’t think getting a SX lite would be this difficult lol

too much tin... if you can try not to preting the anchor points and if you do it, put very little tin (a very little film)

If you put too much, use a sucker

Yeah, the pic is pretty much shit. I perfectly know this isn't the perfect solder job, but everything is double checked and it works perfectly fine to this moment.. boots pretty fast and everything. Going to the menu was my mistake, cause I was pressing the volume down button

Under microscope it actually is soldered ok. No other caps are shorting or touching with the solder. I know there is a bit too much solder, but... It's my first time

I'm glad it works. If something happens, I'll know where to look. Thanks for the heads-up though.
