So if you Google “sx core” in Chrome incognito mode, this thread is like link #5. Anything posted is very public.

So do what you want, but I wouldn’t publicly post things like links to where to buy or install videos. PM them maybe to people who ask, but immediately posting the info will just tell Nintendo where to take down the next seller or video. Gotta be a little discreet.
You know, you're probably right! People often think gbatemp is somewhat of a secret society, but it really is a well known site for people interested in the subject of console mods. Of course Nintendo will monitor the content, and will quickly take note of any URL posted that they want taken down. Your advice should be followed, as long as no "really" illegal links are shared privately.

Done it! :grog:
Is it perfect? No. Does it work? Yes! :P I've soldered maybe 15 small plugs (d-tap, hirose, limo) in my life ad that's it so I think it's not too bad. I have cheap iron from Amazon, bought ages ago. Not ideal but enough to do the job + flux, magnifying glass, little PCB practice board I got from ebay to warm up. Got really nervous when doing the SP1 and SP2
Dumping NAND as we speak. Good luck to everyone else trying it and thanks foe all the posts with advice and videos in this topic as they helped a lot. Best community ever! :grog:

Soldering Iron (cheap from Amazon), flux, magnifying glass from ebay (with small led light), screwdriver, isopropyl alcohol to clean old thermal paste and some new thermal paste from ebay as well. Basically on the budget :P

uf IPA now raises its price from 5 euros to around 15, I will stick with normal ethanol
