Is there any way to make the program not try to download the file and instead use the local copy? having a issue lately where the program errors out after downloading the file with an unexpected end of file

The problem with that is I'm working on updating my archive and I would have to install every game only to check for a update and then uninstall it, having a pc program to check is almost required unfortunately

Now that you mentioned it, I just tried and indeed, I got the same error. Are you using the Windows version? I'm using the latest v0.4 on Linux. Worked just fine until recently. :( I agree with you, this is a much needed app for someone with a large collection. I hope @giwty can fix the problem.

Yeah, last few days the website has had issues with the file randomly ending, almost like the server isnt serving the file correctly. The server sends the correct size of the file but truncates it after a while randomly, sometimes in the middle of an entry

Pushed a new release with this request, it will now just use local files if unable to download the new updates.
Also, added some new capabilities to organize your files in a per game folders, and an options to delete old update files.
Please let me know if you find these useful, or if you want additional organizing strategies.
