Hacking Bad Switch NAND Backup

Hi Guys

My BISkeys 2 and 3 are the same..
Does this mean i'm up shit creek with no paddles..?

I think I had a bad rawnand.bin, any way to recover the unit..?
It loads to the Nintendo Logo then stops..

I used HacDiskMount BIS-key2 is OK
BIS-key3 is bad.

also This error..

Hi People.
Here is some additional info...

Fuses blown 11 (Hekate 5.2.1)
USER folder (teagaexplorer 2.0.3) Errcode 13 - NO FAT -- All other folders are fine and all biskeys working (apart from key #3) USER

Running Atmosphere - Stops after "triangle" logo then black screen
Running SXOS (this was my main OS) "Nintendo Logo" then Black screen
Running Hekate 5.2.1 - Black Screen

Is there a way of re-building the USER folder without the Biskey #3 (Fails in Hacdiscmount)

ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATE...!

OK..
I need a new USER folder with contents but my BISkey #3 is not correct. Can I take a USER folder for another switch (with key) and place it on my unit..?
So.. bring new folder on Hacdiscmount with new key.. And build to my unit..?

No you can't. BISKEYS are unique to the nand. You can't use someone else's user folder/key to rebuild.

Edit: It's why you can't install someone else's nand backup on your console as the keys and data won't match.

Thanks @Jabberwockie..

Can anyone answer this question.. If you buy a BIGGER NAND (Thats blank) how comes it doesn't care about the keys because you are flashing the old system to it..?

So the Folders (USER) are linked to the BISKEYS..? Can you not HEX EDIT if you know the location..?

My idea was..

1. delete USER folder
2. Copy "X" Nand
3. Extract USER and Decrypt with NxNandManager
4. Encode new USER with Key
5. See if my B4ST4RD switch will live again..
