Also if you are willing to send it then use nxdumptool and make sure its the updated exefs.

Hello, my game version is Taiwan. Can you make a patch in the directory of "sxos / titles". My game version is 1.0.13, while the American version is 1.0.5. I hope you can make a patch that can work in the Taiwan version. Thank you very much
