Hardware PC with $400 budget

Hello. I was wondering if there was a PC with 8 GB of RAM (or more) with a processor with 3 GHz with (at least/or more) with 2 threads, and a decent GPU with a budget of $400 dollars or less. If that's too low, $500 is good, too.

(P.S. A PC that can at least blow 60 FPS on games like TF2, and programs like SFM.)

Assuming you have the monitor m&k and no qualms have the activate windows water mark this right here will fit the extended $500 budget and you can replace the rx 570 with a used r9 390 if you want a cheaper option

I would say to buy a ryzen 3300X, with dual channel RAM for the integrated gpu and try that, and if it doesn't have the performance you needed you can buy a dedicated graphics card. but for those games the integreated graphics should be enough and you would save some money, at least for some time

if you get your hands at a cheap used dell office pc, you can save a lot of money and still end up with a decent gaming machine.

theres a lot of videos on which ones to look for and how to upgrade them and they'd definitely need an ssd upgrade and a dedicated gpu, but even if you pay as much as 150 for one of them, you'd still have a lot of budget left for a middle class nvidia or amd card (check compatibility just in case) , an ssd and an extra ram stick if needed..

windows licenses are cheap on all those key selling websites, or you can stick with the watermarked unlicensed version, it doesnt hinder gaming

you could also do one of those external gpu setups,

the general idea behind these is always to get an already decent workstation type system with an i5 or i7 cpu for little money and blow the rest of the budget on the gpu.and power supply (i heard its a bad idea to cheap out on those)

final alternative, using the likes of craigslist, or gaming forums/reddits, you could just ask around if someone in your general area is looking to sell their old setup in about that price range. with ryzens blowing everyone out of the water, tons of people have upgraded their stuff or are looking to, so there should be a tons of like 2016-2018 gaming setups out there collecting dust.
