Firefox/Opera/Edge warns of this and maybe an "Phishing Site" and refuses to go further.

Ok so apparently you need to have published 10 posts in order to send a PM, which is dumb because I don't want to flood this magnificent forum with my useless posts about nothing. I just want to do a homebrew of my 3DS because I want to play mario & luigi bowser's inside story, the game I once had but lost and I miss it. Any chance you'd help me? - Provide your movable_part1.sed, and you'll probably get your movable.sed within a couple of minutes.

2. unSaf mode bb3 tool doesn't have the F00D43D5.bin file, which accoriding to the guide you linked I should move to my DSiWare folder

Link is fixed. As for F00D43D5, you have to generate it using your movable.sed. Click the link above and upload it.
