Hacking Exception type PROGRAM occured ; What does it mean?

I have a Wii U 5.5.4 U with Haxchi. Running DS games injected with NDS2WIIU, then run by Loadiine, when the games boot, you can press ZL/ZR to bring up the "emulator" menu. All features here work well, except hitting ZL for the digital manual. Pressing it brings up the manual for New Super Mario Bros. . Trying to boot back to the game with the B button, the game resumes for 4 frames (no control) then i get a crash. Exception type PROGRAM occured!
I have no clue what any of this means. Potentially one of you does?

I don't think Loadiine plays nice with applets like the web browser, which is used to fetch the manuals.
