Oh, I have misunderstand your mean, I have tried to CTRtransfer, and not try to handle out of region. I will try your proposal, thank you alot.
I have also tried change region, and it is useless too.

A fter I change region, some game will turn to black screen, when launch, I guess region is not the reason why my game broke.

After I replace boot.firm in newist version of luma, it seems my 3ds has be repaired. Thanks for your patient help. Really thanks.
If problems persist, see these troubleshooting examples.

- Corrupted Data [post #2]
- Copy everything off the SD ard.
- Reformat the SD card.
- Hardware test the SD card. Replace card if required.
- Copy everything back onto the SD card.
- Update the 3DS firmware + custom firmware. Use basic luma config settings.
- Test for data corruption. Salvage and rebuild the Nintendo 3DS folder.
- Import seed, luma locale emulation for out-of-region games, latest game updates, double check game mods.
- Repair the 3DS firmware + custom firmware.
So I tried the SD card thing with h2test, it had no errors, I checked and I have the latest version of Luma3DS, i checked and its not missing its seed (im playing pokemon x the game cartridge with universal randomizer), I did the fix CMACs for drive, I did a system update for the firmware and its up to date, and I got the game from USA which is my region so I don't need to use the Luma3DS locale emulation I don't think. It is still crashing at random place with the error generic and sometimes sends me to home menu. Am I doing something wrong?

@Shaun_the_Sheep, your game cart copy of Pokemon X may be going bad. Back up the save + extdata in Checkpoint or JKSM.
Download a clean rom dump, convert it from .3DS → .CIA, FBI install the .CIA to HOME Menu, restore the savedata, and check if this separate copy likewise crashes.

- Download 7-Zip, right mouse click the .3DS rom → CRC SHA → CRC-32.
- www.3dsdb.com , search for 0004000000055D00 , and look for matching hash values listed under imgcrc.

- Don't use your game cart when dumping and converting the rom due to the assumption it is going bad.
- No help can be provided in where to look for said rom. This is something you'll have to find on your own.

What I mean by this is that it is possible to source the *.3ds rom by doing this,
To compare against a game cart that is going bad, you are to download a known good copy of that game's .3ds rom from somewhere on the Internet, convert it into a *.cia, FBI install that onto HOME Menu or SD card (the Nintendo 3DS folder), restore the save + extdata that was backed up from the cart to that second copy, and check if it also crashes.

There are bad .CIA dumps out there that may throw off troubleshooting results. To ensure you have an intact rom, it's advised that you download a .3DS and compare its CRC-32 hash against known good values.
the console still without hack, but someone hacked in the past and have rosalina and other things, but i don't have the original SD card and the console doesn't have any app for a hacked 3ds and the error ocurred only just start in the menu and i just have a few seconds for open an app.
everything started, when i verfied if the console it's compatible for being hacked. before that, i was playing pokemon omega ruby without problems.
any way to fix this?
