I swear i havent charged the joycon (mainly cuz i have no idea how to other way than connecting it to the switch, and it lights up and has charged up to 15%
So i suppose there is no easy way of fixing it?
Also, correct me if I am wrong, but arent the left and right joycon rails different? Like, one ribbon is larger than the other?
How can you fuck up that bad?
The thing that bothers me the most is that i cant contact them. There is no way: I have tried everything...

Funny thing, but the right joycon fits perfectly where it should :(
There are two ribbons, I can't remember if they are the same size or not but I think they are the same between both JoyCons (but mirrored)
I guess you'll just have to send it in for repair again.

my joycons can fit backwards too like in that video, so it should fit on the other side just fine, and it is fitted the correct way round otherwise it wouldnt be screwed together flush. check if the switch its self has and gunk or anything on the metal part of the switch console and clean it with a cotton bud, id check the rail on the joycon its self to see if its got any nicks or anything that would stop it sliding down.
as i said, it fits backward just find so it seems like its an issue with the switch its self on the correct side
Now, looking closely the console's left rail is kind of busted (maybe because of trying to fit the joycon, maybe because it is secon-handed and a small kid had it before), but the joycon fits in until the point in the first image. Can you help me? ;(

Probably, but I guess I've got to do it in the same Nintendo center, so I dont get charged for a thing that was not my fault. Bad thing is that no one is answering my calls and its probs closed because of 'rona, but at least i have the lot of emails i sent to them and the non-answered calls as proof...

bit hard to see with that lighting, check the inside of the rail for any dust or anything like that. i cant see anything exactly wrong with it from that photo,
Yeah, Im really sorry about the quality
There is no dirt or dust in there, and it looks the same as the other side, so I guess it has to be the controller lol

does your other controller fit on the left side but backwards too? it should fit just fine, if it does then something is wrong with the left joycon its self, see on mine they can go backwards just fine. the other thing i can only think of is the little catch that depresses when you push the button might be stuck ? you should see it moving when you press it near the top, check to see if maybe thats doing anything, its a small plastic piece about 2mm is size

The small button works good, but the right controller doesnt fit backwards like the left one, It stucks at the top like the left joycon when i try to put it in the left console rail. It stops sliding at the exact same place (If that makes sense?)

That sounds like an issue on the switch its self to me then if both of them wont fit on the one side, forwards or backwards, one last thing to try get a pin and gently scrape out the bottom of the rail on the switch its self, maybe some grit or something got stuck down there? just try not to scrape too hard as not to mess up the pins, they are recessed so it shouldnt be an issue but just be careful
