yes it will even tell you that when you set a hyper trained IV to 31 that this is not possible due to the fact it's hypertrained - I think hyper trained stats are marked yellow as well
None of those will change the Pokémon’s data, except in cases of forward generation transfers where it’ll do the same stuff that the various transfer features in game do
Give it at least 10 minutes for the first load. If it continues past, force restart and try again. If it still doesn’t load, join FlagBrew’s discord server so we can actually debug it.
Do you use the cia oder 3dsx? On my 3ds the app know if I have ibstalled games and I can choose after start the game... Or do you use Cardridges? Explain your problem little bit more what happening!
Is Soul Silver a cart? If not, this program won't work for it. For 3ds games it supports carts and installs, whether it's through the store or a .cia. Maybe .3ds files too, but not sure about that.. DS games are cart only.
