I would like an encounter cheat for the starter pokemon. There is a code to encounter sobble and it’s evolutions but there is no other encounter cheats I can find for the other two starters.

Super easy solution - use this code:
08000000 007704A8 00000xxx 00000000
But replace the xxx with the hex code found for that particular Pokemon.
If you google "List_of_Pokémon_by_index_number_(Generation_VIII)" it will take you to a Bulbapedia page (cannot link due to not many posts), and the Hex number next to the Pokemon you want is the code you want to replace the xxx with.
For example, Mewtwo would be 08000000 007704A8 00000096 00000000
If you trade the Pokemon to another person via local trade, is there any chance they get banned or have issues with it when they go online and use that Pokemon say for raid battles n such?
As long as the Pokémon is 100% legal meaning no illegal stats or moves and all of the other normal pre-requisites are met and there is no flags that are raised then they are fine!

yes you can but selling one item is not going to be enough money to but every thing that you may want in the game also I would get as many watts in the game as you can as you can use those as well to buy some things in the wild area.
Hey all, i just got me a switch, and pokemon shield.
SD card is ordered, and will arrive soon, since i understand i need an sd card to use any cheats.
So i wanna ask this to make sure i understand it all correctly.
So first step is to put the sd card in the switch, start up pokemon, walk 2 steps, save the game.
Pull out the sd card, put in the card reader, then using my pc i install sxos, and then atmosphere?
After i installed both in that order, thats when i follow the guide on page 1 to install the cheat stuff?
Then put the sd card back in, and voila open cheat menu etc?
Edit: One more question
Can i also just use sxos, without atmosphere, or do i need both installed?

you can use one CFW or another you do not need both, also I would recommend that you install your cfw of choice first and make a nand backup while your OFW nand is clean. Then set up your sd card how you want and then start your game so that you don't have to take the long route that your are suggesting lol! Good luck and be very careful!
sort of! lol you can't install the nand only make a backup of it. You first need to watch a video on youtube that I can not link, that explains how to properly backup your system nand. Then you can install sxos, then put the cheats on your sd card and start up your switch and play the game!
I have another question. I was able to enable the den raid to get the starter pokemon of gen 1 but after capturing them they don't appear in the pokedex... of the 3 only Charmander is listed in the pokedex after catching it (maybe because you can get a post endgame Charmander so its entries are registered correctly?)....... Is that normal? All the other pokemons I've got with the den modifications are registered correctly. I find it strange that they didn't "enable" Squirtle and Bulbasaur in the pokedex. Or am I missing something...?

Follow the guide. Take your time. Do not watch videos for this process, they go out of date too fast to keep up. You want to do this correctly, which requires time and patience. This is the most up to date, comprehensive guide that exists. This will cover your Switch hacking from start to finish. You'll need different help when it comes to adding tools and doing specific things, but this will get your console set up to start.

I discovered something yesterday that I wasn't expecting. I am not a code hunter but have some experience coding so I will try my best to explain this so everyone understands. The game uses a SINGLE module which references the EXACT SAME area of RAM Memory to perform calculations to determine all the random stats (IVs, Natures, etc.) for newly encountered Pokémon. A newly encountered Pokémon is defined by the game's code as any mon without stats pre-recorded to be fixed (this is typically reserved for NPCs' mons.)
Since the EXACT SAME area of RAM Memory is used, the same code which (for example) would set all encounted Pokémon to be FEMALE works for Wild Pokémon, Pokémon of NPCs, and newly received Eggs (at time of being received ~ not at hatch ~ nothing is calculated at hatch.)
There's one type of Pokémon that I was not expecting this to be the same for which I discovered by accident yesterday. Yesterday, I had codes for Gender, IVs, and Nature all active and accidentally recieved the Mystery Gift Vulpix.
So, I can confirm these codes work on Mystery Gift mons... oops.
I am now super curious since there's no way on GBATemp to search JUST THIS thread... are there any codes for:
