its not pirated, its the ofw... whats pirate about it?
I need it cause i dont like taking off my microsd card many times off my Switch to load files on it. i wanted to load it now and couldnt find it. Anyway, it was released almost 2 days ago, in internet terms thats a lot of time.
That's like saying if someone downloads album from itunes and then uploads it to Google Drive, it's not piracy because it's the official album. What's pirate about it? The same thing that makes anything else pirate: it's copyrighted software from an unauthorized source.
this is not an album or a game, its the official firmware.. its already installed for free on every switch console
It's still copyrighted content, and Nintendo can take legal action against anyone distributing it without permission, which in this case means you (and by extension GBAtemp unless they delete your link). Good luck with that.
only way thats going to happen is if you are using a release from before 10.0 went live.
