Hi everyone, just joined gbatemp and glad to be apart of the community here.

On to the issue:
At boot up of my gamecube injects I am receiving controller drift. I use a smash ultimate gamecube long cord controller.
Is there a way to fix this?

I have read via reddit of similar issues, but I can't find a "controller.ini" as I use teconmoon inject tool and use the nintendont settings on there, I don't have nintendont on my homebrew channel as I don't know how or if possible to get it on there.

Also, I get a black screen if I insert my mayflash adapter and controller before I start the game. So I have to wait until after the game is booted to plug in and use the controller. If this is related, then its possible I might need help on this as well?

Any information would helpful, thanks!

You can try turning on the "Native Controller" option. It fixed the slight drift problem I had but it disables the "R" + "Z" + "D-Pad Down" + "B" shortcut (which in my case didn't always work and required a system restart anyways).

I've found this solution on github and it worked for me. I hope you can solve the situation.

"Wii U: Nintendont via vWii (no forwarded in Wii U) edited the file 057E_0337.ini for the Nintendo Wii U GameCube Controller Adapter in the controllers folder on the SD Card used by Nintendont.

Change the StickX=4,0,100 to StickX=4,10,100 after working through the offset values from 1 to 10.

Change the StickY=5,0,100 to StickY= 5,5,100 after working through the offset values from 1 to 5"
