The hack allows you to run any patched nds application in "Download ds" mode.
1- Follow all the steps in this post.

Download the necessary file with NUS Downloader, you will have to select "DSI" to download it.
2- Once you have patched "00000001.app", rename the patched file to "00000000.app"
3- Insert a patched file in your SD and enter the SD in the 3DS.
4- Run FBI on your nintendo 3ds and copy the file "00000000.app".
5- Go to the main FBI screen, and paste the file in "TWL NAND/title/00030005/484e4441/content/<current directory>"
CHECK THAT THE DIRECTORY IS RIGHT, OR YOU COULD DAMAGE ANY APPLICATION IN YOUR CONSOLE
Everything ready, you already have the ds downloads without RSA checking, it will load any ".nds" file regardless of whether it is a homebrew or an edited nds file.
If something goes wrong you can always install the original DS download application by installing the cia "00030005484E4441" version "1024"
