Hello. Sorry about my English. I use Google translate. Console New 2DS XL. No found information on the Internet. Here, too, the forum did not find a the right answer to solve my problem. Performed the actions he found in neighboring topics. The console had a brick. There is no backup. January Luma.
In TWiLightMenu launched the NitroHax, chose the game, pressed to install. The requirements were b9s and 11.13.0-X. I realized b9s was boot9strap. I have it installed in January. Checked, an insertion 11.13.0. I think it was just about the firmware. Insertion too January. It seems, everything approaches. Everything set up, the console turned off and turned on with black screens and a continuously burning blue LED.
CTRtransfer did. The console also does not boot. Tried to take another flash drive, re-threw files from 3DSsdFiles.zip on the bare flash drive, 11.5.0-38E_ctrtransfer_n3ds.bin threw in gm9\in\. Tried to boot without a flash drive. It is also not loaded with start, select, X+Start+Select, L+R+А+Up. Drove a magnet. Left the console on for the night to sit the battery.
Is it possible to restore the console? Buy cartridge + magnet + ntrboot, for example. Some methods exist? Throw someone else 's back up or something?

Figure out if the n2DSXL still has custom firmware installed.
If you cannot get the n2DSXL to boot either SafeB9SInstaller or Luma3DS v7.0.5 configuration from the above, rehack it using the ntrboot method.
  • [3ds.hacks.guide] ntrboot
  • If you have another (o/n)(2/3)DS(i)(XL/LL)(phat/lite) with working DS(i) mode, you can get the R4iSDHC series flashcart and reflash it with ntrboot rom.
  • If you don't have another system, get instead the R4i Gold 3DS Plus that comes preflashed with a dual mode toggle switch.
Once the n2DSXL has working custom firmware where you can access GodMode9, repair the 3DS firmware + custom firmware with CTRTransfer (Type D9) - CTRTransfer. Carefully read and follow the Instructions.

Thank you for the detailed answer.
In January, I was installing the latest version of Luma and boot9strap.
I don 't have a backup of my 3DS. I can 't boot Godmode9 right now.
Now tried to do by instruction from your link CFW: I formatted my 2ds 's sd card and now it wont turn on [post # 17]
The console is not loaded. Black screens and blue LED on.
If I understand you correctly, can I use the R4i Gold 3DS Plus flash cartridge to restore 3DS with ntrboot without a backup?

Yes, you correctly understood that last part. Buy a R4i Gold 3DS Plus flashcart to rehack the n2DSXL with [ boot9strap / Luma3DS / GodMode9 ] custom firmware. Even without a SysNAND *.bin image, you can fix the 3DS firmware with CTRTransfer (Type D9). If you have trouble reading the Instructions, translate from English → Russian with this website.

Thank you. I'll order a flash cartridge soon, follow the instructions you gave me. If everything works out or not, I will write in this thread on the forum just in case. In case somebody ever needs it. Thank you again for your answer.

Thank you very much for your help. Everything worked out, the console is alive and well. I bought an R4i Gold 3DS Plus cartridge. With a magnet and ntrboot installed SafeB9SInstaller. After that, the console was loaded as usual.
