I assume you still have homebrew access, try this.
Have you got BootMii on boot2 and do you still have a NAND backup?
Better question yet, does the console even boot?
You know, giving us more information then just "I deleted XXX, how do I fix?" might be useful.
People can't really help you if you aren't at least a bit descriptive with your problems.

You could try and access The Homebrew Channel via BootMii.
From there, you could reinstall IOS 58 with the installer I linked earlier.
Another thing might be restoring the NAND backup.
Idk if you made one before you started messing with IOS files but if you did, it'll restore the Wii to its former state.
Use that as a last resort tho cause the console will lose everything it had on its NAND post backup.

You can try to start DOP-Mii on ISO 236 too.
