So first I changed the computers desktop resolution to 1280 X 720 then I started the app on my switch then started the streamer app of the desktop and then booted up dolphin in full screen mode and it was fine . Remember to disable auto resolution

Okay will try that later. Did you change any settings in dolphin?

Just tried it for the first time and it worked great. Played a bit of "Life is Strange: Before The Storm"
Very little noticeable lag, if any, despite using Nvidia encoding.

My setup. Core i7 860, 8GB RAM, Asus GTX 770 2GB
Display set to 1280 x 720 manually as "auto res when start streaming" didn't work.
Set to 10Mbit. framerate and encoding speed seems to be nailed to 60fps according to the PC app.
Touch mouse working fine, but shouldn't I also be able to use the analog joycon stick and buttons as mouse?

So far a great app with very little issues for me. I'll paypal you some German beer soon.:)

Wow, this is cool. Everything works really well, aside from my wifi apparently being pretty bad. Even at 4Mbps there's almost too much lag for comfort. Changing from Nvdia to CPU encoding helped a bit, does that sound about right for a Ryzen 5 3600 and GTX 1060 6GB?

Don't use a bitrate that is too high. Use something like 10

Haha thanks man. There is a bit of a latency issue with nvidia encoding, so cpu may even be better. And of course try a qaulity around 10.

If I may suggest, I'd love to see USB support added at some point. I get why it would seem counter-intuitive, I'm mainly interested in offline use of the Wii U gamepad functionality.

That aside, great work!

Works really well on 5GHZ wlan. Thank you for maintaining a remote play homebrew.

Do you plan to add a button combination for something like the Steam overlay? Would be great to exit games.

Using an i7-4790 with a RTX 2060 Super

Using Nvidia encoding was smooth but lag was quite noticeable. Tried it with CPU encoding and latency was much better, although some micro stutters occurred. May just be that my CPU is showing it's age now.

Still, for me CPU encoding was the way to go. Decent app and having it automatically change resolution when starting/stopping was a nice touch.

What program do you use to build the files off the github? I'd like to use the most recent one with your latest commits that fixed overclocking on fw 8.0+
fixed on latest version :)

When I use SkyNX, the Joy-Cons are very slow (it takes about 5-15 seconds before a button is pressed), and I cannot move the mouse cursor with them.
The touchscreen was working to move the mouse cursor in 1.3.1, but it was very slow as well.
Is there a way to fix that?

I have tried using 4-20Mbps, going through all of the encoding options, using the 30FPS limit, switching to Gyro and back to Analog and removing the Joy-Cons, but none of that worked.
Also, my desktop resolution is set to 1280x720.

For some reason, I can connect, but almost half the screen on the switch is blue? And I can not move the mouse with the joycons. Has anyone had a similar issue?
I manually set my pc resolution to 1280x720, quality to 20mbps and CPU encoding. I also tried NVidia encoding, as well.

-Controls don't work for me. Not even mouse ones.
-If you turn off the wi-fi that the switch is connected to while skynx is open (nsp), it crashes.
-Are you randomising the attempted IP? Because I need to re-insert it all the times. I guess it's not you.
-Why is the app so big: for example, do we need files like: "SkyNXStreamer-win32-ia32\resources\app\NxStreamingService\lib\ffmpegMacOs" on Windows?

Hi all, super app btw. Only I'm having a strange issu. When I'm streaming for like 5min I get super Laggy input (touch screen and controller). Only way to fix it is to restart the stream. Any way to fix that?

I request a mod close this topic, how do I do that?
Why?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I can't get this working.

My switch screen stuck on the ip address screen. No video no audio being transmitted (the streamer on pc also says 0 fps).

I can use the switch touch screen to move the cursor on pc. So it means it was properly connected.

Because there's a new topic for an updated version and this is just creating clutter
