What does this mean fledge?
I mean for us which use console's resolution at 576i - 50 h, with composit cable
If you're using a composite video cable then you should leave the video mode settings alone, otherwise you'll probably get a black screen.

With WiiFlow Lite v5.4.4 all games were being patched if you selected to use the progressive video mode. This caused issues for WiiWare games, so now only PAL Wii games will be patched when you set the video mode to progressive.

Can we set a force progressive and force ntsc/pal with different options? They are same
When you set the video mode to progressive then you're already enforcing it. You can also patch the video modes, but this shouldn't be required for NTSC games if you're using a component cable or a HDMI adapter.

I was doing some reading about the USB loader GX forwarder with no game pad support but still works for loading Wii games, and I was wondering does anyone know how to make something like this for this app?

https://gbatemp.net/threads/usb-loader-gx-forwarder-channel-for-wii-u-menu.482595/

After reading through there I see why wanting to do it as a WiiVC forwarder can’t work even with Game Pad support disabled when I make it. I don’t want game pad support, I have USB helper injects and a Nintendont inject that do that already for Game Cube stuff. I’m trying to make a faster way to get into Wii Flow for Wii games than going into vWii and launching the forwarder. First world problems, I know, but it just makes navigation easier to have these things. I don’t mind making the forwarder myself if someone can link me to a tutorial. I’ll even share the forwarder here if I can get it working.

check out this wiiu thread - https://gbatemp.net/threads/custom-wiiu-haxchi-forwarders-to-vwii-homebrew-all-in-one-guide.477456/

the guy explains how to use haxchi installer and his modified versions of hbl2hbc elf to make wii u menu channels to launch a channel on vwii.

you need to have wiiflow forwarder channel installed on vwii (and hidden channel).
you will need to look in his dropbox and download the one for wiiflow lite.
and open the hbl2flo.txt and change the line WFLA=WiiFlow Lite to DWFA=WiiFlow Lite and save
then follow his instructions for getting a DS game and installing haxchi and whatever else you need to do.

OR

if you don't use hbl2hbc you can simply download and install hbl2hbc and edit its txt file.
there's a forwarder channel for this here - https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-wiiu2hbc-a-hbl2hbc-forwarder-channel.455991/

So if I change the WFLA to DWFA will it work with the forwarders on the site in your sig? Because I had actually tried his but the forwarder just took me right back to the Wii menu. I already have a forwarder set up and working with the hidden channel.

it should because all those forwarders use DWFA as the ID.

Thank you so much!

What its the diference with the version compiled with latest devkitpro ppc r35 ?
nothing really.

just that most of the portlibs are updated to the latest versions and it's compiled with devkitppc r35 and the latest libogc. which makes the boot.dol about 150k bigger. libcustomfat is also updated thanks to greywolf.

but really no one's pointed out that it runs better than the normal wiiflow version.

I've noticed that it often corrupts the configuration file
having to delete it in order to start wiiflow lite

2 questions for a newb (having previously used USB Loader GX)...

- Is there a way to easily move all my Wii covers/art to my USB drive? I only play Wii games and in USB Loader, I just move the folders from the SD card to the USB drive and then change the custom paths.
- How do you update WiiFlow when a new version comes out? Is it as easy as downloading the new version and overwriting the app folder on the SD card?

Thanks

That's because I read in somewhere that force video remove flicker from gamecube game don't know if is truth
