I tried to do sen enabler and somehow messed up somehow. All apps and even discs now say region locked and cant even reset my sen settings.

Your console will get banned anyway. It’s a matter of time - I know from experience.
Both SEN Enabler and PSNPatch suck DEEPLY. Don’t trust them. I got 3 consoles banned with them and I learned out of it. Usually the ban happens 2-3 months after initial installation - you will think you’re safe but you’re flagged long time ago. So enjoy it before your console will vanish from PSN forever and then you have to use those stupid public ids that get banned every 24 hours.
it’s just a small tip from me - I can’t tell you how to be 100% safe - There are methods that I discovered but I don’t want them to be out in the public. But it’s definitely possible - just saying! Only little advice I can give you is that they both suck!

Tqhink somehow hit setting wasnt supposed to and changed region or did something.
And turning off on didn't reset sen enabler things messed up.

I usto be able play my ps3 disc and any my discs apps and now all say region locked.

i tried to reset system to default.
Still getting the region lock issue.

Have you tried to restore the system in safe mode and also maybe tired to update to OFW (you can later change to CFW again don’t worry it’s available for latest firmware)?

Yet I've used SEN Enabler since it's first release and my PS3 to this day is still not banned.
Everyone has a different experience - I’m just saying what happened to me.
did you play backups online or games downloaded on the internet?
Backups & downloaded games online = yes. Trophy sync = yes. Used the PS Store = yes. All many, many, many times over. Did you also properly use Charles Web Debugging Proxy as instructed by the creator of SEN Enabler? Or did you skip that part? All of the homebrew apps I used were also stealthed to look like PSN games.
No I didn’t use a proxy at all. It could be that but who knows. One of my consoles was banned after 1 year of using both sen enabler and PSNpatch I thought It was safe but apparently I was flagged and it shocked me. I did not expect a ban after 1 year. I would like to mention that I didn’t mod. I played backups online - that’s it.
Now I’m not using any of them and use another exploit to play them and that did not get me banned since 2017.

Charles isn't necessarily a proxy. It basically blocked certain "dangerous" Sony address from communicating with your PS3. It was specifically mentioned (along with the list of ip's) by the author of SEN Enabler to use it along with his app.

ok well in previus posts i tried alot stuff
clear data such and default settings
small format not full though ps3 menu
went to 2 button menu and did clean system defaults
atm system has nothing yet shows rebug on starting
just somehow sen enabler lock system so apps and games say region locked and cant play games out region such.
i would update system but dunno what version i truly on sense rebug spoofs firmware to 4.86 such yet know at 4.6 or some sort sense havent updated firmware itself sense rebug was first began making it.
Reinstalling/updating CFW will most likely fix your problem and all your games will be untouched,
You can install cfw safely over CFW even more if your have qa flags on apparently,

if i update to newest rebug would that be recommended and can you overide same cfw version in future.
i am asking cause after i installed rebug i didn't check much on newer firmware. is rebug the best cfw out there
They are all much or less the same. All of them you can even make your own if you are crazy. And yes you can install the same one again and again. I have installed so many different cfw over the years...

No. webman and multiman is all you need. PS3 CFW is all about those great PS3 and PS2 games that are more available than ever!

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1 -

Also another 70TB going in the front mount drive bays of this server. 182tb raw, going to probably use a zfs RAID-Z3 for 3 parity disks, so 140TB usable

I could claw back 14tb by only doing 2 parity disks but I feel like with 13 disks in the RAID I'd be kind of pushing my luck on rebuild time if I encounter a disk failure
