There is a possibility this port contains malware to steal your personal data, I hope someone will investigate to see if it is true.

Might be the worst way to convince someone who has a banned switch not to download it. Worst Case scenario it has brickware, just keep a verified backup of your NAND folks.

I have it installed on my Switch, the controls are not as precise as I remember them on the original N64 version , and there are a few very minor graphical glitches here and there, but overall it looks, sounds and plays well enough. There's a V2 of the original port so hopefully they'll perfect it with an upcoming V3 at some point.

I only struggle with the Cannon. I swear I could always 1st time Shoot into the Wild Blue, but I ended up just killing myself over 5 times before I finally got the star. Maybe it has to do with the widescreen implementation.

I heard the problem is the deadzoning of the game. I'm pretty sure it doesn't even have one.

A V3 of the "port" has emerged, controls have been refined and the visuals look sharper to me, it still doesn't feel as good as the original though, especially while using the wing cap, and there are still unfixed glitches here and there but it's better than V2 in many ways.

I cannot find this anywhere

Ahh yes your personal data

This is the dumbest comment I have read in a while.

What's it gonna steal your save data your screenshots.
Like you do realise the only way for it to steal any real data is if it was somehow running while used the eshop.

But yeah whoever's running cfw on a sysnand or emunand and accessing eshop at same time yet still isnt banned is news to me

You are obviously as misinformed as you are rude.
Malicious homebrew CAN for example steal your personal cert stored in PRODINFO.
This can, in theory, be used to unban a Switch with the stolen info.
This is why apps like Incognito exist.

Put on your tinfoil hats guys. It clearly only exists to steal peoples already dead certs just like all other homebrew does
This game is being passed around by a few very trusted people. Its fine. Play the damn decompiled port lmao

Yet no one has ever proven they have ever been unbanned on a switch. Please stop talking out of your ass.

I wonder how many people have "damaged" their system by installing an nsp from a shady place, or have somehow got their data compromised.

I cannot find this anywhere
I second this
