I know it's for Rock Band 2, I do have the game too, but I'm still giving a shot because why not, but I do prefer RB3 so I'll focus on that.

Update : 1. RawkSD was indeed a waste of time, since there isn't any official release for v3.
2. My NAND does have the tickets, and so does my emuNAND. My Nand though has nothing inside the content folders for each generation. Should it have the title.tmd and banner .app files into each of them?

It needs the title.tmd and banner file for the APP version of each DLC generation. If there's nothing in the content folders when you use APPs, then you're putting them in the wrong place. The APPs go in the content folders, i.e. NAND:/title/00010005/735a4245/content.

Please make sure you read my Basic Guide thoroughly; it already covers this. Make sure your Wii was ready for this, and that you packed the songs properly.

Ok I think that was the problem some folders only had the .app or the .tmd after installing the wads. : tomorrow I'll try putting all of the banner files and title.tmd in the folders, and I'll try again with a fresh emuNAND too. Where do you get the Wii Shop files that you mentioned in your GBAtemp thread? Do you copy the ones already in the Wii?

Ok : I made a new batch of customs, formatted both my USB and my SD cards, and it still does the same thing. Except for loading the game with emuNAND which doesn't work at all, but I know how to fix that. Any way, I thought maybe it has something to do with the Wii System Memory not having enough space? I have about 400 blocks left in my Wii, so about 50 mb.

Space may have something to do with it, though I assume if you're not injecting the DLC in real NAND, and your Wii is not telling you that you're out of room, you have enough space.

You do know that I have two troubleshooting Snippets, right? There's one for SD cards, and then there's one for most common problems. You may want to check them out, if the wiki didn't help you.

I do know about the snippets ; (great work btw) so I shouldn't have the banner .app and title.tmd when loading .bin files? The content folder for the generation that I use should be empty?

Also, I've noticed something. I went to my Wii System Memory to clear up some space just to be sure. And 4 Rock Band 2 DLC showed up, one saying ''Rock Band 3 Custom Content, Customs Creators Content''. The rest were ''Rock Band 2 DLC pay-to-play''. What I find weird is that there was exactly 4, and I've made exactly four songs...

Also, the emuNAND method still didn't work ; no songs showed up, but the ''Loading downloadable content'' bar still showed up and loaded the 4 songs.

If you have APPs in the Wii system memory or in emuNAND, and you enable the SD card, it will attempt to move the DLC to the SD card. This may cause issues, especially if you already have some or all of the DLC on the SD card. You've pretty much got this right.

How and where does it tell you this? I have never run across anything like those messages.

I've recently adjusted the Basic Guide in my GitLab wiki; I recommend that you look it over carefully, checking it against the work you have done. Start from the very beginning, and take it step by careful step. There is some new information which should make it clearer on what exactly needs to be done for either loading from the SD card or loading from an emuNAND. As always, you can find the wiki by clicking the appropriate link in my signature.

In the system memory management menu. I could take a picture if you want to.
Before I try again, should I delete those files?

If you do not have DLC that you actually downloaded from the Music Store, which I recommend backing up, then yes, it would probably be best if you clear those out and try again. Note that this will delete any songs on your Wii system memory and the SD card. Just don't delete the RB3 save data, if you've been rocking hard with an awesome band you made! You might want to back up that save, and do it often, just in case. You can reinject it into the Wii system memory if it ever gets lost.

Ok here are descriptions of my tries with brand new customs :

1st try. (emuNAND, .app) = 3 out of 4 songs show up ; unplayable, says that '' The data '' ... '' cannot be copied to the Wii's memory.''
2nd try. (old batch of customs, emuNAND, .app) = No songs show up. The ''Loading downloadable content bar'' still shows up.
3rd try. (NAND, .bin) = ''The following content cannot be copied to the Wii's memory : add-on content.''
4th try. (emuNAND, .bin) = Same error as 3rd try.

Just thought of something : do you have any idea where I could find pre-build customs so I can try out? This way I can see if I'm the one making mistakes or my hardware has some issues.

C3 is the only place I am absolutely sure of that has such. There are Wii-specific customs, as well as Xbox CONs you can convert with MAGMA. Tip from a friend: If the download links for the site KeepItFishy produce an error, copy the number string after the question mark in the URL, type https://dl.c3universe.com/ and paste the string after it. Most customs are there, but the links are broken due to it still directing you to a near-dead site.

FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK! Got 2 songs working fine in my emuNAND! One's a bit laggy but the other one works fine. I just did a try in the sZAE generation and it worked. Thanks so much @HarvHouHacker ! I'll update the post in a bit when I try more songs than 2.

Meanwhile, just a small question beside the point, have you made any tries with TB:RB? It's my personal favorite, and if one day there's customs for the Wii version it would avoid me from buying a PS3 Rock Band kit.

Anyway thanks a lot for all the help !

This is wonderful news! :D :toot: I'm glad it finally works for you.

I have done some work, though there are others who have gone further on this than I have. I've tested four official DLC for TB:RB in both emuNAND and SD card, and it works using the same methods for RB3, even better than RB3, actually.

Small update : got 15 songs working perfectly fine in the sZAE generation! It's amazing! I tried official DLC, but it just froze the console directly when the ''Loading downloadable content'' bar showed up. But apart from a few albums here and there, I don't really care about official DLC ; if anyone knows the fix I would be glad to know it though.

Official DLC should be able to load just like customs; if you're having issues, then maybe you need to make sure the tickets are installed. Also, from what I've read, you need the ticket for sZFE to verify all RB2 DLC. I don't know if that's entirely true, but you definitely need the ticket for the content generation(s) that you add. In my attempts to add RB3 DLC to the card, the title.tmd in the NAND may also be required. Try different things and see what works.
