loooool, where in the hell are you getting your information?!? The PS4 has sold 107 million units, and Microsoft stopped reporting those numbers years ago...it is speculated they have sold 50-60 million units.

At that same time Sony was making those deals. "Microsoft has exclusives" yea sure, Microsoft does have exclusives, but Microsoft consoles do NOT have exclusives. "exclusives do not move hardware" wrong, software ALWAYS moves hardware, hardware does NOT move software. PC #1 Sony #2 Nintendo #3 Microsoft consoles have no place in the gaming world anymore. Then you have little girls complaining about Sony and the Vita. It is NOT Sonys fault that 3rd party developers did not want to continue to support it. MS did not stop reporting sales numbers lol, they just started peaking right around 43 million. Switch sales passed up XB1 sales a few months ago, which means that MS will be in a distant third by the time PS5 and XBSX launch.

Nintendo Switch doesn't have that much 3rd party support yet it's still going on- thats because nintendo's constantly supporting the console with new games. Sony should've done the same with the vita. They already did so with the PSP- they managed to support it alongside the ps3, why couldnt they do the same with the psvita and ps4? Smartphones werent even the problem either- otherwise the 3ds wouldnt have sold as much as it did back then. (and lets be fair, the 3ds didnt even sell well at launch)
It just feels like Sony didnt want to bother supporting the console when they already had lots of IPs to work with and talented teams to make great games. All the effort was dumped onto the PS4.

Put it this way.... Sony is like Apple it is very popular and 9 out of 10 times it's going to sell by the name. Exactly for this reason they will never go the extra mile for you NEVER. When I bought my Galaxy S10 Samsung threw in free earbuds for me when I preorded it since when has Apple ever gave you something free. Same thing applies to Sony. Sony is the type of company that will give you scraps and then expect you to be grateful because they are "Sony". The main reason why I bought my Xbox One S last year was because of how impressive the gamepass was and the money I would save overtime. Microsoft is offering great incentives that is very difficult to ignore. Honestly I made a mistake not getting an Xbox One on launch compare Xbox Gold to PS Plus and compare Xbox Gamepass to PS Now... Microsoft is way better. Each system will have their own exclusives so lets just get that from the equation. I RARELY see an unhappy Xbox One owner I rarely see that. But Sony lol damn near half their userbase is upset with them. You cant base things off of game sales you have to look at the overall value.

PS5 will more than likely sell more than the Xbox Series X but youll get more value from the incentives from Microsoft.

It'll be interesting to see if the new games will be held back in utilizing the new gen stuff, since the new (first-party) games will apparently still continue to work with the old and the new Xbox systems!

Well, I don't blame them as a company they'll try to maximize their profits until the new Xbox's have a good enough user base I guess..

I will probably buy both. As an owner of all generations of Xbox and PlayStation. The main thing I am disappointed in with the PlayStation series is their controller doesn’t seem to evolve much. I much prefer the Xbox One controllerz
