Untested (I've researched it using direct memory writes), but this code should force a flower in slot 1 to, when planted, breed next day:

02100000 AC4723D5 00008019

The address is that of the slot you want to affect +0x5.

Warning, don't ever use it with anything but flower plants in the affected slot(s). It has a high chance of messing the item up, including running down the durability of any tool such that it will break on next use if it can break and isn't a golden axe, shovel, or watering can. Also, neither flower seeds nor picked flowers count as flower plants.

How it works:
For flowers the lower byte of the quantity is the genetics, but the high byte is the number of days the flower has been watered (apparently capped at 31, or 0x1F); this number is set to zero when the flower is dug up, but not when it's planted, meaning if you somehow manage to set it on a flower in your inventory it will persist when planted. The chance of the flower reproducing when the day changes is defined by how many days it has been watered (and how many visitors watered it); any value over 22 ( 0x16) is supposed to guarantee it reproduces the next day, I picked 25 (0x19) just to have a safety margin.
The 0x80 (which goes into the first durability byte) signals that the flower has been watered.

Here's the fixed genes and sparkling status:

I have updated my previous post to reflect this new code as well.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I didn't include them since I don't know their genetic values. If anyone has a legit Golden Rose or Lily of the Valley, post the gene value for it please.

I was curious if the original code could be adapted to make any flower currently in Slot 1 to be set as ready to breed and watered? Retaining their original flower type and genetics.

you would have to go 1 by 1 or get pre made cheats and add on to them to fix them, on cheatslips theres a few you should check em out.

I've been using the NHSE program for bringing villagers in and it works great. I am trying to figure out how to get a villager to start moving out (boxing phase). There is a checkbox but when I load the save to see in game the villager is still walking the island.

I know when checking the moving out box, it gives a me a popup to edit a flag to have them move out. but when i load the game the villagers plot is gone and empty. I just want him in the boxing phase so someone else can bring the villager to their island.

Simply don't change the flag ;)

I didnt change the flag, I did both :D

Checked "Moving Out Box"

With flag change: Villager instantly gone
Without flag change: Villager roaming, still not moving out. (time traveled couple days as well still not moving out)

Odd I just check that box, load the save and they are in boxes...

It sounds like the save you're loading into NHSE isn't the same day as when you load the modified one meaning the villager moved out already by the time you load the game. Either make a new backup with today's date and check the appropriate flag with the checkbox, or just set your clock back a week or something.

The problem may have actually been that your day resetted, this means the villager will be gone because according to your save, they started moving out in the past.

For future reference, what you need to do to get a villager in boxes is:
1. Check the "Moving out" checkbox
2. Change AbandonedHouse flag to 0.
3. Change ForceMoveOut flag to 1. (If you want someone else to have your villager, I don't think this last part is needed. It may just be the flag that makes your villager leave the day after)

Make sure that the date is the same before and after save editing.

I'll have to keep trying and see what I am doing wrong, I'm sure its a small fix. but wanted to see suggestions if i am overlooking it.

I'll try that out. I was watching my days as well. I loaded the save with today's date, checked the appropriate boxes and then loaded back the game (same date) no change. I loaded the save again, (moved date 1 ahead) no change as well. and from there I did a couple of days ahead but still no change.

I'll give that a try right now! I have not changed Abandondedhouse flag yet . and yeah checking force out just immediately gets them out, but for this case I dont want that, just in boxes state for someone else to pick up villager.

Does anyone know if there is a way to select a desired color for an item that has different color variants in NHSE?

You shouldn't time travel (to the future) at all if you check "Force Move Out".
Also, I'm not sure if that flag is needed at all if you want someone to have your villager. It might be enough with checking "Moving out".

AbandonedHouse = 0 means your villager is in boxes and no one has retrieved them. You're still able to enter their house.
AbandonedHouse = 2 means someone invited your villager and now he's gone. You will see "[name] has moved out." when you try to enter their house.

I made this tiny function in C# to convert the colours from the dumped image files to the hexadecimal amount you need to put in the quantity textbox, since most people didn't understand the explanation I gave @ page 174 x'D

Code:
        public static string GetHexColour(string Variant)
        {
            string[] Colours = Variant.Split('_');

            if (Colours.Length == 2)
            {
                int Colour1 = int.Parse(Colours[0]);
                int Colour2 = int.Parse(Colours[1]);

                Colour2 = Colour2 * 2;

                return Colour2.ToString("X") + Colour1.ToString("X");
            }

            return "00";
        }

Usage:

Use any C# compiler. You can use an online one like dotnetfiddle.net
Add the function to the code and make the program print it, like this:
https://prnt.sc/s7px18

Let's say you want the electric guitar in the variant: natural wood + pop logo
Get the image file from any site that uses the ACNH cdn, like nookplaza:
https://acnhcdn.com/latest/FtrIcon/FtrElectricguitar2_Remake_1_6.png

The variant is "1_6" (this is found at the end of the filename).
If you use the code with the variant you should get "C1", this is what you need to put in the "quantity" textbox if you use the code generator.
Now, I think NHSE only handles decimal values, so if you use NHSE you should put "193", which is C1 converted to decimal.

Added a line to convert the HEX to Decimal for NHSE

Code:
{
    public static void Main()
    {
        Console.WriteLine(GetHexColour("3_0"));
    }
public static int GetHexColour(string Variant)
        {
            string[] Colours = Variant.Split('_');
            if (Colours.Length == 2)
            {
                int Colour1 = int.Parse(Colours[0]);
                int Colour2 = int.Parse(Colours[1]);
                Colour2 = Colour2 * 2;
                int integer_value = Convert.ToInt32(Colour2.ToString("X") + Colour1.ToString("X"), 16);
                return integer_value;
            }
            return 00;
        }
}
