Nobody knows, some ppl use cfw sysnand for months/years and no ban, some are getting banned after a week... There's no specific answer for your question. If you don't want to be banned at all costs, use emuNAND with incognito for CFW (or without online at all) and clean sysNAND for official stuff. Any other option has probability of ban (piracy online will get you banned 100%).
