After you have activated the license you can only use it for your switch console.

Hey, i'm using awoo right now and while nsp's install correctly if i install it to the system, it doesn't allow me to install the game on my legit sd card, anyone know what's going on (i'm using a fat 32 formatted sandisk micro sd card btw)

Hey, goldleaf-quark hardcrashed my PC while in the middle of installing a game and I pulled the cable on it. All my games boot to a black screen after that. The settings work and I can get into the homebrew loader using the albums app but not through a game. I'm on emunand 9.2 and atmosphere 0.10.5. help?

License is not activated. Can it be given to another user? Is it bound to the dongle in any way?

If it’s not activated, you can give it away. Afaik it’s not bound to the dongle.

Hi there, I updated my clean SysNAND to the latest version. Unfortunately I can't boot it in Hekate anymore (Launch --> Stock SYS).

I get the following error: "Unknown pkg1 version. Failed to launch HOS!"

I'm using the latest versions of vanilla Atmosphere + Hekate + those sig patches.

My emuMMC (not clean) works fine using "fusee-primary.bin" after tapping "Payloads" in Hekate.

Can someone help me get my Stock SYS running again?

The joy-cons technically weren't updated through CFW. Firmware updates installed with ChoiDujourNX are no different than firmware updates installed online.

Installing it to the system means it is installing the .NSP file to the internal memory or eMMC. If you want to install it to the SD card, you have to choose that option.

Is your SD card formatted as exFAT?

Stock is not working if nogc is enabled on 10.0. Your options are to either burn the cartridge fuse or wait for an update for Hekate.

Thanks for your reply. I don't have nogc enabled, though, and already burned my cartridge fuses. For some reason stock still won't boot via Hekate.

I've heard issues of booting stock on firmware 10.0 with Hekate. The nogc one is the only one that I saw was acknowledged as an issue on the GitHub repo.

Problem running Atmosphere (and yes I am using the latest version).

Today I tried for the first time to hack my secondary switch running on firmware 3.0.2

I injected the Hekate payload and backed up my NAND. No problem here.
I installed Atmosphere on the root of my SD card which is a 256mb one, formatted to ex-FAT.

I injected the payload on my PC (tried both fusee and hekate) but couldn't get Atmosphere to run. The logo comes up but then it sits at a black screen and that's it. Nothing else happens.

I have also tried using https://github.com/AtlasNX/Kosmos/releases but the same thing happens - when loading Atmosphere, the logo appears and then the screen goes black.

After these failures I am still able to turn my Switch on as per normal.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I don't know what was wrong. I had set up everything fresh and very carefully according to the NH Switch Guide.

I now solved my problem by getting rid of vanilla Atmosphere and using Kosmos instead. This pre-packed setup by Joonie86 and Ghost92 works perfectly fine for both SysNAND and emuMMC.

I haven't got any legit games at the moment, but all pirated games boot straight into a black screen. I don't even get the little switch logo in the bottom right, I press A and it goes black

Ok, im running cfw on a sd card, why risk ban? Can i change some registers on cfw and play online, when i ver banner just change It again?
How ofw interact with cfw?
Can i let ofw in any version and only update cfw? Like abandon ofw.

No, you can't play online with CFW and unlegit games. Also you can't unban banned consoles.
Yes, you can have different firmware versions on eMMC and EmuMMC.

Format the SD card to FAT32.

I know you're on FAT32 but it honestly sounds like the games got corrupted. If you have a backup of the Nintendo folder for the games, you can try restoring that. Otherwise it seems that you have to reinstall the games.
