Greetings, recently I got a switch that already came with Hacked, it has installed an application called HBG Shop that has an incognito mode (which you already know very well what this mode is for), the thing is that in the configuration part of the console I get that the serial number is XAW000000000000 and I do not know how to restore it to the original, I have the original serial number on a notepad including the DeviceID, but the old owner could not restore it and wanted to know if they can help and what can I do affect having a switch with the serial number deleted.

By the way, I have a backup of the Nand and the prodinfo.bin but the previous owner told me that the backup was made after hacking the switch, apart from the fact that the Hack is in the main memory, it is not emulated (or something like that) , I was already searching the internet before coming here, I opened the file prodinfo.bin and I saw that the serial it has is also XAW000000000000.

In the Tinfoil / HBG Shop application in the incognito tab I can see:

LCD Vendor ID
Bluetooth Device Addres
Wifi Region Code
Accelerometer Offsets
Accelerometes Scales
Gyroscope Offsets
Gyroscope Scales

But I don't know if this data is real.

---------------------
Nintendo Switch Serial: XAJ400......
CFW: Atmosphere Ver: 0.10.5
Firmware Ver: 9.0.0

If you don't have the original prodinfo to restore from (or nand from before using incognito), you're doomed. If your nand backup was made before using incognito, you can extract the original prodinfo iirc, but i've never done that, so i can't provide support on that.

My understanding was that Tinfoil's incognito was a Atmosphere kip, and didn't actually wipe the prodinfo. Simply removing it's kip and restarting (but not using tinfoil again,) should restore your prodinfo.

Either-way about it, if you are trying to go online anything in your telemetry logs that shows homebrew or mods will get you banned. Inconsistent logs, IE, the system uploads a log and you played BOTW for 10 hours, then later uploads a log with BOTW for 2hr, will get you banned.

If you are trying to get it online without a banhammer, I'd suggest converting what you have currently to emunand, then restoring your nand to the oldest backup you have, provided it was taken after the last time it was online. Then make sure any CFW or homebrew is fully removed. Then do a factory restore. And finally do a online system update.
