Dear GBATEMP-Community!
As this is my first post on this forum I would like to greet everyone for a start.

I have tried to get my WII back on track the last few days, but only with little success.
I could not get WiiFlow as well as USB Loader GX to work on my system. They both display various games fine, but after launching any of them only a black screen appears for roughly ten seconds followed by a return to the Wii Menu (not HBC).
I have tried installing various cIOS`s with d2x-Installer on IOS 249 but so far not one has worked.
Earlier today i used the UHG Downloader from Greenhorn and did a SysCheck analyzation followed by an update the Downloader recommended me.
After the Update i did a new SysCheck analyzation with the UHG Downloader after which said Downloader reported everything is looking good! (I used SysCheck HacksDen Edition 2.4.0)
Immediately after that i tried loading a few games again, but the same "Error" occured.
I also have PriiLoader installed.

Hello

Your syscheck report looks good.

Are your loaders (usb loader gx, wiiflow) up to date?

On which USB support (usb keys or external hard drive) do you launch your games? , and in what format (ntfs, wbfs, fat32 recommend) ??

Support USB connect to port 0 of the wii ??

My usb loader gx is on version 3.0 r1272
WiiFlow is on version 5.4.0
I use a 32gb (usb 3.0) thumbdrive format fat32 at the moment.
What exactly do you mean with support usb connect to port 0? Usb loader gx is set to usb port 0 in the hard drive settings.

Greetings,

Liunardo

The usb keys work very badly with the wii (often black screen or does not start ), prefer an external hard drive format in FAT32 and you will get better results.

Please try this to change the IOS 58 to 249 in your loader ==> You can try to change the IOS of the charger (USB gx) to put 249:
USBLoader GX - Parameters - Global parameters - Parameters of the charger - IOS 58 of the charger -> 249 and result?

what games is it ??

Or test Configurable loader v70, see you .thanks

Hello.

I am having a similar issue with my Wii. I have softmodded my Wii with LetterBomb and installed HBC. Just recently I installed US B Loader GX. But when I press Start (I installed the forwarder), it returns directly to the Wii Menu, no loading games or anything. I have tried installing IOS58, but it has done nothing. What do I do?

Hello,

Just a tip:

Always leave the SD card in the wii when playing games or other things. It will work much better

Did you get the channel on this page here ==>https://sourceforge.net/projects/usbloadergx/

What is your usb support (usb key, hard drive) ??

Recommend ==> FAT32 external hard drive

I downloaded the channel from that page after clicking download the forwarder here. My Wii has two USB ports in the back. I use one of them for a USB sensor bar. I use a USB Flash Drive, I will attempt to use an external hard drive.
