TX Announce Preorders for SX CORE and SX LITE

Team-Xecuter has announced that pre-orders are starting TODAY for their new Switch mod-chips.

SX-Core-PreOrders.png

We even get a extra treat, finally a clear picture of their SX LITE installed in a Switch Lite motherboard, as you can see in the photo above, and also the pricing is only $45.95 and includes their SX OS license, but you can use other CFW as well, and looks like the selected testers will finally be getting their units by end of next week, so lots of good news all around! :)
First of all, we hope you and your families are safe and healthy during this global pandemic that has hit our civilization hard.

We got many questions about the current status of our new products, and after many hurdles we are excited to announce we will be opening up preorders for our SX Core and SX Lite products starting today.

Just like the SX Pro, the retail price for the SX Core and SX Lite is currently fixed at $45.95 and comes with a free SX OS License (although you are free to not use SX OS, of course).

All distributors and vendors will start taking preorders in the next hours/days. We want to give you this heads up to give everyone an equal opportunity to be among the first to receive their retail copy of the next generation of Team Xecuter's finest products for your beloved Switch consoles!

Those of you who were selected for the private beta (you know who you are!) should get their review units shipped towards the end of next week. After their sanity check and feedback are in we will ramp up production and strive to deliver the retail preorders around the end of April.
So for now, the wait is finally almost over, we can now starting ordering our modchips, and soon we will see first-hand feedback from selected testers that will be getting their units soon, so stay tuned for more news soon!

but I rather catch my pokemon rather just use PokeHex but that's just me
What's even the point? You can't play competitively, and you just end up sitting on hacked mons. Makes the game kinda pointless if you use them to skim through the mainline story. I never understood why people cheat at games. It's just robbing the experience from everyone involved and puts a big "I suck at video games" sticker on the cheater's forehead.

I have the switch lite and also the CFW switch I transfer my pokemon from my bootleg shield to my legit pokemon sword game... the reason why I refrain from using the pokehex pokemon is because like you said it kills the purpose of the game. The only time I would use pokehex is to get extra beast balls to transfer to my real pokemon sword game or glitch the eevees.

If you see people with complete dexes 9/10 times they cheated to get them

Well, because I want...

to skim through the mainline story.

...when story hooked me up, but gameplay starts to annoy me and I want to know whole story. Today this is not an issue in most titles, but older games require heavy grinding because this will make games 2-3x longer for just sake of making game longer.
I don't use cheats in other cases.

I guess I'm the 1/10.

Why do you want shorter games? The whole purpose of a video game storyline is to be enthralling and immersive. You remove these aspects by cheating as you are no longer assuming the role of the character you're playing. You're just watching the game at this point, so why even bother? If you don't like video games, why are you playing video games?

And why do you want longer games? To be bored, dump it for next 6 months until you will get enough energy to continue? Or you like to play multiple times the same game? I prefer to end game before starting next one. And I like to absorb main story, which has best writing. Side quests in most titles are boring, idiotic or/and embarassing and some games require me to do them if I don't want be in trouble in later parts. Games are for people to enjoy them, not for devs to force me to do what they want me to do.

The whole purpose of a video game storyline is to be enthralling and immersive.

...if devs are skilled enough to do something interesting. If they don't, they can bring down whole experience, where main story is shining, but all other things are ruining it.

Ah yes, world is ending, go find some flowers because I want to push relationship first. So immersive.
Again - assuming that devs always know the best what players want.

If you don't like video games, why are you playing video games?
I see you tend to assume things that don't exist. Looks like for you game don't need a story if gameplay is good. For me it's otherwise - if story is good, gameplay can be even just walking - hence I like walking simulators - or just choices - I like Visual Novels. Only game with interesting side quests in all aspects was Witcher 3. Only games with interesting side quests stories was Trails in the Sky 3 and Octopath Traveler - but both of them required heavy grinding to finish them.

Consider Adderall. Sounds like you have ADD. I'm assuming you treat books the same way. Or maybe consider a different genre of game if the pacing is too slow for you to keep up. If you don't get fulfillment from playing the game then I don't understand why you'd play it.

Yes, blame the dev. It's their fault you bought their game and found it so boring and/or are so impatient that you're incapable of playing the game without cheating. Narcissistic, much?
Again - assuming that devs always know the best what players want.
I have absolutely no idea how you inferred that from what you quoted. Do you have any idea what roleplaying is? If you're gonna grasp for straws, do it well.
I see you tend to assume things that don't exist. Looks like for you game don't need a story if gameplay is good.
Pot calling the kettle black, huh? Don't accuse someone of assuming then do it in the same breath.

I think it clips on the the nand chip. That’s what’s right under it. We should know more after reviewers get their chips next weekend or the week after
that is what i am thinking i have been comparing the photo to a photo of the board with the EMMC shielding off
i cant find any real high def pics of the board with the EMMC shield off but it look to me like the mod chip is not above and test pads so i can;t figure out how it connects unless it does clip to the EMMC which would make sense seeing as how the chip for the regular switch attaches the only thing that puzzles me is that the EMMC doe snot look like you could clip on to it , it look like the pins are BGA at the bottom and there are no "leg" pins coming out the sides for the mod chip to make contact with
but again i can't find a HD quality pics of the switch lite MB and specifically the EMMC ship to be able to to see if the pins would able to make contract with chip clip style connector

Doesn't lock like any solder here. But since since we most likely only see the top part, it's hard to say. It's a eMMC under it.

You can't see if it's solderless or not from the provided photo, the cables could be breakouts for easier pcb soldering and solderless attachment back to the chip

Hacking the Switch has always been a pain in the ass since day one, it really doesn't surprise me one bit that it's going to need soldering at this point.

I really don't care anymore tbh, I just want to be able to enjoy my Switch with all the features it can provide instead of the restricted system Nintendo gave to us.

I disagree. The RCM exploit (at least in my opinion) is a really easy and reliable method to hack a Nintendo Switch.
Yeah, you could say that when it comes to soldering. What about the rest of the hacking scene though? I sincerely don't remember the last time I needed to buy a dongle, an adapter, a payload sending application and a way to enter the RCM to hack a Nintendo console. The Switch has always been more troublesome that any of the previous Nintendo console.

Mind you, I'm not saying this is not an hassle, but at this point - with Nintendo making harder than ever to hack the Switch - I don't think we are in any position to be so spoiled. They've already patched several ways to hack the system: it had to come to soldering sooner or later.

And just for reference: I'll never buy something from Xecuter - so much so that I'll probably just wait for a clone -, and I'm saying it because I don't want people to think that I'm standing up for them. I'm not. They're scum.

A or B. Talk to me what I should suppose to feel. Generally screw you if you don't like every part of game. You don't like battle system? Screw you, no story for a ungrateful dog. Ffs, looks like you not don't understand why people like to play like that, you don't want to understand. I'm out.
