I recently homebrewed my DSi. I installed Twilight menu ++.
I wanted to play Mario Kart DS with my brother who has a 2DS. We started the DS Download play on the 2DS and created a group on Mario Kart.
But when the Nintendo logo appears on the screen of the 2DS, it freezes.
Then, the connection stops with an error in the DSi.
The 2DS stays freezed until i restart it.
I dont know what the problem is. I tried with other games...
-NSMB
-SM64DS
...but the result is the same. Thanks in advance.

I don't know if 100% relevant but I manage to play Zelda Four Swords (both consoles running USA ver.) multiplayer - DSi XL and N3DS XL by launching DSi game through TWLM and N3DS XL by installing the game as Cia. :)
