My rarest are probably the completely box of Pokemon Soul Silver (I even have the pokewalker!) I wish I would have bought Heart Gold too but hindsight and all that.

I suppose I might count an old 286 laptop I acquired recently as well, I honestly can't find any info on the thing anywhere, as it was made by some random company during that time when 286 PCs were being cloned with cheapo parts by everyone and their grandma.

Other than that, not much else .

Still haven't really acquired any "rare" games in particular, mainly because I just don't have the money to throw away at expensive games/I'm not lucky enough to find them in thrift stores for nothing.

Yeah, I don't see the appeal of going trying to get something just because it's rare. Anything I have is stuff I bought at the time, usually cheap in sales. Anything unopened was stuff I never got round too playing. Now I leave the sealed ones sealed because by this point, why not.

If I do have anything rare its likely in my PS2, GC,GBA or NDS games. But I really have no idea if any of them actually are. Or what games I even have without looking.

Hagane for the Snes, Legit US copy, or the limited edition the getaway 100 million PlayStation games copy that was limited to 1000 copies, I do also have a sealed Mario 64, but thats less rare as it is expensive sealed

I don't have anything especially rare, but I do own Cave Story 3D (EUR) on 3DS, which apparently is kind of rare. Not especially valuable though. If it was NIB it would be worth quite a bit.
The games that end up being rare are usually bad or underrated games that didn't sell well enough and there aren't that many of them around for that reason. I usually don't go for those games. And anything retro I have is stuff I got as gifts as a kid (since I very rarely had the money to buy games myself) and that's all popular mainstream stuff like Mario, Zelda, Banjo Kazooie etc.

Probably Senran Kagura 2 on 3ds. At least here in the UK boxed copies seem hard to come by.

I think the rarest I have would probably have to be my copy of Twilight Princess for GameCube. I hear it sold a lot worse than the Wii version and hence isn't as common.

They also didn't make all that many. By the time it came out they didn't really want to release a GC version at all but had already committed to it.

Personally I would say the GC version is the better version. Not having to waggle the Wiimote around to play the game is a much better experience so it's unfortunate that most people just got to experience the Wii version.

Suikoden and Suikoden II for the PSX.

I've also got Baten Kaitos (with the soundtrack CD) and Baten Kaitos 2 for the GameCube USA version that I don't know the rarity.
Tales of Symphonia for the GameCube as well.

Well, I think I got a few

Ocarina of Time gold cartridge. I hear those are quite rare.
Pokémon Diamond for the Game Boy Color. You know, the Telefang bootleg. Not really that rare, but anyway
Conker's Bad Fur Day. The prices of those carts have skyrocketed since the GameCube's release
And probably the rarest of them all - Sonic Adventure 2 10th Anniversary Edition. It's a special edition of SA2 released in Japan that includes a music CD, a collectible coin, and a little book with the history of Sonic thus far.

I think that's all that could be considered "rare" in my collection.

thanks for assuming i'm trolling m8, my other games are super common stuff like the older gta games, forza, nfs and the like, if i was trolling i would've unironically mentioned cod mw2 for pc

unless you want me to count other random shit like "battle engine aquila" or the defender reboot for ps2
