Sorry I'm late.
just wanted to tell the problem was because of old cIOS version.

Hey @Cyan, don't worry. Thank you for explaining what was going on. Even though I used the long road to fix it, it's working smoothly. I did update to d2x v8 final thogether with the other updates, so I think everything is good to go now.

Thanks again, guys. :)

Hi all. I just used SaveGame Manager GX to transfer Miis and saves from vWii to Wii and while the saves seemed to install correctly, the Miis don't work with some saves. I tested it with Wii Sports, Wii Play, Super Mario Galaxy, and Mario Kart Wii. The first 3 didn't read the Miis and told me the Miis that had data saved to them were missing from the mii channel. However, Mario Kart Wii used the Miis i transferred perfectly. I read on another thread that there is MAC address data on the Miis that causes them to not work properly on other systems, but I wasn't sure if SGMGX solved this issue. How do I make the game saves read the transferred Miis? Thanks in advance.

Hello.:)

I can only confirm the successful Transfer from a PAL Wii U/vWii.
On the vWii I have used the Savegame Manager GX Version rev76 (attached - boot.zip)

Saved it as "Default" and copied the "savemiis" Folder to the Wii´s SD Card.
On the Wii I have used the Savegame Manager GX Version rev76 (attached - boot wii.zip) and installed it to the Wii.
Then opened Mii Maker on the Wii,checked if it is there (yes.)

Mario Kart - works
Wii Sports - works
Wii Play - works
Super Mario Galaxy - works

Please check your SaveGame Managr GX Version,it is maybe the r127 which is "not so good".:(

Thank you.
Good Luck.:)

Can somebody point me in the right direction for safely modding a Wii Mini? I've not actively followed everything about this and only very recently got my own Mini and I don't want to search over and over.

Current status:

I would like to have the Priiloader Beta with USB keyboard support – but I can't find a working installer. The stable 0.8.2 version installer starts normally and offers installation – but it is not very helpful without a (Reset) button.

Those two also seemed to have worked (not that a NAND image without possibility to restore is very helpful):

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit:
====

I got cIOS249 (base 57) installed successfully. USB Loader GX working.
The other problems (Priiloader, Syscheck) are still open.

Hi, I'm wondering how to set up USBLoaderGX to run my GameCube games. I have the boot.dol in a /games directory, as well as the folders with my ISOs in them. USBLoaderGX recognizes my USB, tells me how much space i have, but doesn't show any games. Thanks for helping!

Hello,

In which version is your usb loader gx ??

Is your hack up to date? , you can post a syscheck report, if you wish, by following this guide ==>https://gbatemp.net/threads/posting-a-system-check.300279/

just setup your HDD and ISO correctly, and RE-update the version of USBLoaderGX. don't keep an old version.
create a single FAT32 partition

/ wbfs / <games title> [<TitleID6>] / <titleID6> .wbfs
put gamecube games in
/ games / <games title> [<TitleID6>] /game.iso (NOT ciso)

HDD plug in USB Port 0

reset all settings in the loader (it's easier to re-explain what you need to set back correctly)

go to top menu> 4th icon> enable Wii and gamecube

be sure to have: sd: /apps/nintendont/boot.dol file

Where can I get a SAFE channel for CTGP-R?

I really want to just start it from the main menu instead of homebrew launcher.

Does the built-in channel installer not work?

yeah I did not know there was a built-in channel installer. I was just settings everything up. And you are right after instlling everything the main channel has that option. Quite some advanced homebrew.

So yeah thanks for the help.

Just a little heads up for people who try to install this channel and if it hangs on starting check if the clock is still running in the right bottom corner. If not reboot switch and retry, don't worry this doesn't damage anything. If the clock does run but it still hangs after 10min. well then press the power button on the controller. This will turn of the controller (the lights should be off). Then start mashing the home button. Keep on mashing it even if it turns on, if all goes well the progress bar should continue.

I read this solution somewhere else and it worked for me after it always got stuck.

Trying to run Project + from usb loader gx.

What I tried:
Put all the contents on the SD card of project plus except for the boot.elf. Generated the .gct by going into Project+ and dragging RSBE01.txt and BOOST.txt into GCTRealMate.exe and moving the generated files into the codes folder for the ocarina cheats. Then in USB loader GX, make sure ocarina is on for brawl. Hooktype AxNextFrame.

Sadly doesn't work. Still launches normal brawl...

Yes the game is the correct region RSBE01.

Any ideas how to make it work?

NVM got it to work. Check the official discord group if anyone has issues. It has a great guide.

Hey, I have installed priiloader, but cannot get the hack_hash.ini file on my SD card to work. I went to the github page, clicked raw, right-click save as all, and downloaded it to the apps folder priiloader folder.

Hello, I got a Wii for the first time a few weeks ago, I've used the str2hax method to install HomeBrew Channel and BootMii (as an ios), made a nand backup and installed Priiloader. I've also installed d2x v10 r52 and USB Loader GX.

I was going to keep going, and install a forwarder for USB Loader GX, and start messing with wads and stuff, but started reading about emunand/sneek/sneek2o, etc. (not quite sure how they differ).

Basically, is it possible to keep the actual nand modification on my Wii to a bare minimum? Maybe just BootMii and Priiloader, and then create a emulated nand in my SD card that is automatically booted up when I turn the Wii on, which has HomeBrew Channel, forwarders, etc.?

I looked at the Casper option in ModMii, but I don't think that's quite what I'm after.

If u can install bootmii as boot2 that's all you need. Then just have neek on sd card (and usb if using uneek) and it will launch on startup.

If you can't install bootmii as boot2 then you also need priiloader installed and configured to launch bootmii ios at startup. Then just have neek on sd card (and usb if using uneek) and it will launch on startup.

Note you can fully softmods your wii and still do the above, or use modmii's abstinence wizard to launch neek ank keep your wii totally virgin
