are the "External FIRMs and modules" in Luma updater or Luma ? If just Luma setting how do i get to Luma Setting?

The Game is not freezing,it has more like a "Problem" to switch to the next Scene:
it stays on this Screen,but Music and Video is ok.
and the DSi is not freezing,you can shortly press POWER and it returns to TWiLight Menu.
(Sorry for the Background Noise....)
"Widescreen.cxi" is kept when you update TWiLight Menu++.

On my New 3DS XL, I decided to launch Mega Man ZX. I'd already gotten a decent way into the game on my DSi XL, and I had carried over the save.

Sorry, I expressed myself badly (my english is not the best). The game is not frozen at that time, the sequence of the time travel never ends.
Another Try on my R4 Clone Flashcart with YSMenu 7.06.
And this is strange.It works without the Flashcart Patch (RGF´s Flashcart AP Fix).

1.Download the latest TWiLight Menu Release please:

2.Extract the File please.
For the Nintendo DSi with CFW (the usual Method):
copy the Folder _nds to your SD Card and overwrite Files if asked.
copy the Content from the Folder DSi - CFW users to your SD Card and overwrite Files if asked.
copy the Content from the Folder DSi&3DS to your SD Card and overwrite Files if asked.
For the Nintendo 3DS with CFW (the usual Method):
copy the Folder _nds to your SD Card and overwrite Files if asked.
copy the Content from the Folder 3DS - CFW users to your SD Card and overwrite Files if asked.

Where is the Content located, like is it in the (I am using a CFW 2ds) files inside the sd card already? Or is it in the TWiLightMenu .7z, because the .7z only contains _nds for me.
I'll download the twilpatcher tomorrow I have tried update all 3 in twilight menu updater didnt get the twli.cxi

This is the Folder Structure after extracting:
In the 3DS Folder there ar two .cia files:
TWiLight Menu - Game booter.cia
TWiLight Menu.cia
These File has to be installed with FBI as you maybe know.

I installed the Game booster and now the TWlBg file wont go back to luma folder. But the game is still not in widescreen and i think it doesn't have the filter working right:
