Let me see if I understand, I already use Mocha CFW.
So, I just need to put payload.elf in the wiiu folder, load any browser exploit, run HBC, run the indexiine installer and restart wiiu. And the auto cfw is supose to work. Only that? To run the autocfw need to click on browser icon or it will automatic run on startup? Thanks for all your work!

Not possible. You can use the quick start menu. But a good coldboot solution is cbhc. And this requires a ds vc compatible game

You still need to click the browser icon but then it will automatically start the HBL. You can enable the Quick Start Menu so you can start the browser from there at startup.
