Nevermind, it was my mistake.
seems the main.dat is required to be with all the other files, suchas:

\Villager0
main.dat
mainHeader.dat

then it works without a problem.

Thanks. The file structure looks exactly like the data from a QR Code. So it shouldnt be a problem

The problems with the QR codes in this quote are resolved locally now. I added WebP support and format detection.

I added ACNL support locally and tested it with your file. It's working.

I also reworked the QR code parsing and all QR codes seem to work now. I will play som AC myself now and then add some error messages to the tool and release 0.9.2.

You should make a discord server for this, with issues channels and more because I can see this quickly outgrowing a GBATemp post

That is intended. Pro patterns are not supported yet

Dont know about pro patterns yet. I want to show the 3d model too for which I have to successfully export it or recreate it myself

New version 0.9.2 is out now on GitHub.
QR codes are working properly now and ACNL files are supported too

both are important features.I think most ppl hope to support the pro pattern cause it can make lots of clothes but I think its not easy at all. hope you can keep working on it. its a great programme for us.
