em hello. i just bought my switch hacked and seted rcm inkognito i had no hgames. when i seted i up i putted pokemon sword cartrige in my switch but i cant download pokemon sword update. PLEASe help me
Do the same thing you did to activate incognito: boot into the payload. there should be an option to restore it there, assuming you have the backup ofc.
EDIT: the backup file is called "prodinfo_emunand.bin" for emummc and "prodinfo_sysnand.bin" for sysmmc, the file must be in the root of the sd card. If you don't have this file I think restoring your full nand backup should also solve, but the amount of work is bigger, so try restoring the prodinfo first.
Also keep in mind depending on what you did during your hacked period you'll be banned when you connect to nintendo to download your game update. So if you don't want to mess with homebrew anymore I highly sugest you restore your clean full nand backup you did during the homebrew setup.

Are you on emunand? if yes delete your current emunand and make a new one, if not restore your sysnand backup, you can find tutorials online for both, way better than what we can write here for you. if you're on sysnand and don't have a nand backup that's too bad, there's nothing you can do unfortunately.

Just restore the nand backup you did when you first did the CFW process. If you don't have a clean backup you'll never have a clean nand, so you could be flagged for a ban. Make sure to make a nand backup before messing around with the nand since you have a real change of getting a brick.

Actually I have not even started the process at all.. Right now reviewing guides and what I need to undertake it. Figured I'd search for info here and this thread popped up.
