Hardware screen flickering

After I removed the P13USB IC, I let the switch charged for a bit and power it on and everything worked fine. I have tested it for max 1 min(no games/no joycons just touchscreen input).
After my little sis came back I showed her that i repaired my switch, just with the issue that TV-Mode doesnt work yet.
After some secons we both realized that my screen is flickering/flashing like this (Is my switch):

Btw the video is on the half on slowmo.

Maybe is it he LCD cable. Pichtures:

What do u think guys. Is this because the P13USB is missing,cable/lcd broken or something else?

try replacing the p13usb to see if that fixes it. if it doesn't, that's either a bad lcd or the connector is missing a pin.

Okay I will replace the P13USB and hope it will work.

I had bent pins on that connectors twice,you could try to bend it back to its place with a needle. This worked fine for me
