The game speed code works but you are unable to move your character. It also locks the screen up. I used the game speed restore code but nothing happens

Ok that's the only one I didn't test so thanks for the heads up. I know the coin multiplier works as well as infinite special. Weird thing is for me Coins don't reduce also works but I just tested the game speed multiplier with the same lock up result

@Rakath I can't fix the codes because I didn't make them. got them from 91wii and I'm still too new for asm codes. But I'll see what I can do about maybe max Coins or something

Nice add ons. forgot about those. HOPE somebody picks up the request soon. I have made other requests here and the only 2 requests that got replied too where DSG and the God Eater 3 code request. I personally find actions like Kazio98's to be very dishonorable
it doesnt bother me that he posted my codes elswhere;it bothers me that he did NOT give credit where it was due....

I dont want to start any fights, and this is in no way directed at you, but the item spawn cheat is heavily bastardized, and I dont think anybody deserves that credit. At best its a collaborative effort from the AC:NH thread, and at worst it seems Optanic might have been the first to find the inventory address. I wont even take credit for being the first to post all the event IDs, or the cheat for DIY recipes because even I know its just the same cheat reworded.

If anything @imthe666st might deserve the most credit for dumping all the item IDs in the pastebin Im very confident most people used for all the values everytime someone rewrites the same cheat over a million times.

Claiming all the fossil/fish/and insect IDs is tantamount to rewriting a 99,999,999 gold cheat to a 77,777,777 gold cheat and calling it your own. The address was already there for all to use, the IDs were already there for all to use. Everybody else just slapped them together in the most inefficient way you could just to claim credit for a new permutation of the same cheat.

yeah I understand @Lionheartwolf and I thank the person who created the ITEM creation code and gave the pastebin amongst anyone else who made codes but when you make SPECIFIC codes like mine because no one has done it yet to complete the entire Museum, that's what annoys me. Oh well at least everyone is contributing and we have codes for the game. We just need to figure out the encyclopedia problem and then all shall be well.

I tried today to see if I could find the address to them. I'm trying to think of a way to find them but am at a loss right now.

Im still on 1.1.0 but I'll take a look as well. If I had to take a guess it's values wont be too much different then item values, and will be stored in a similar way. So you are probably not going to be able to do an unknown search, or even search for an ID.

This might be better off as a hex-string search. If we are lucky you could search for "000002710000027200000273" or "000002710000000000000272" (assuming you have the common, yellow, and tiger butterfly in your encyclopedia) and their item IDs are used for the encyclopedia as well, but if not, Im not sure what else we can do.

Im going to try and just look for the item ID values for Random fish or bugs around the location of your inventory and see if anything pops up. I did accidentally stumble across the item placement addresses that way when I dropped a dummy item on the floor and wasn't allowed to pick it back up.

The dragon quest I &III codes work fine on the usa version....at least the ones i made.they are the ones on switch cheats db with the earliest posted date.(same for dragon quest II)

With ver 1.1.0 if you search the memory region around HEAP+ 1945B1DC you will find the complete fish list and right above it the complete list of insects.

I don't see much we can do with it though. It just follows a repeating pattern of:
0x00000XXX (Creature ID)
0x000001C1
0xD1000001
...
then repeats to the next fish ID.

I was fortunate enough to already have a rare fish in my encyclopedia so I just searched for the ID and got minimal results. I recommend starting there.

I think the key to finding the entries to bugs/fish is just to have a fresh newly created save (which has not yet caught a bug). Back up that save, catch a bug.

Then decrypt both of these saves in HorizonCrypt and compare the two saves. There should be two expected differences in personal.dat because there is some kind of checksum or something somewhere in it. Then there is another expected difference because there will now be an entry in the inventory corresponding to the newly caught bug. But elsewhere, if there's a change, it's probably the entry.
