It's most topics, if there is nothing useful to contribute, and you bump a thread just because, obviously that will be frowned upon.
When some of the glory that was the testing area leaks out of its mummified remains behind the wall and we get a properly executed EOF thread it is a rarity and something to be treasured.
When people try to resurrect an EOF thread it is usually one of the good ones, and then is poorly handled and makes the once treasured item a dark and twisted parody of itself, which is something nobody wants.
To that end necromancy is discouraged, especially by those without a sense of humour (an all too common trait among denizens and visitors).
