I've played PSO1-2, PSU, PSP/2/i and PS Nova for years now. I actually just started a new save in PSP2 earlier today, but I have a save where I'm almost done with the main story. I've completed the main story couple times before, though. I don't mind to grind the story all over again.
I can admit that I'm not into the story in these games, but I know the lore. There wasn't much story in PSO1, but I think that was the best one yet. As for the gameplay, PSP2/i got that part right. I'm usually play Phantasy Star for mindless grind fest for all those levels and shiny new loot. You can still count me in for some bug and typo hunting. I can use PSP, PS Vita and PSTV for testing. I can bet you guys have been using PPSSPP more than enough.
If I'm not the lucky(?) one to be a tester, I don't mind to wait either. I've been looking for this translation since the very start, so waiting doesn't kill me and I can also wait for it to be completed.

I would love the opportunity to help spot any mistakes in the patch so far. I am huge fan of the Phantasy Star series and have played through Phantasy Star Portable 2 multiple times and am fairly familiar with the game's dialogue. I'm also an emulation enthusiast and have reported several bugs in various emulators so I feel that I would be able to report any bugs found with detail and without reporting bugs that are already known. Thank you for your hard work on translating this game and I hope you'll consider me for the test.

Currently a newbie on this site so can't send a PM, but I will gladly do the work. I have put a lot of time into playing PSPo2 and would like an excuse to play though the whole story again. I would be able to play through PPSSPP to try out the multiplayer, and I can play on my modded PSVITA

Update 22 April: Recruitment is now finalized and we have decided on the candidates.
Testing will begin soon, and we hope to stay on target for a public release this year.
There were many more than adequate applicants, but for practical and technical reasons we have to keep the team limited for it to be manageable.
In any case, I'd like to thank people again for applying and wanting to help; it definitely is appreciated.
Since this thread has served its purpose, further updates will be made in the main thread again.
We hope to see you when the patch is released!
